}}'''Celina Augusta Lieke Kroes''', PhD (born 5 April 1990) is a Dutch sexologist, educator, author and professional dominatrix with the apex rank of Grand Mistress. She is the founder and current Chief Instructor of the Celina Kroes Institute (CKI) in Amsterdam, a renowned training academy for service submissives and dominatrices. She is also an expert practitioner of ''shibari'', and holds the Advanced Shibari Mistress certification.  

Since 2016, Kroes has personally trained hundreds of service submissives and dozens of professional dominatrices. Her former apprentices include renowned practitioners such as Grand Mistress [[Diane Reschke]], Grand Mistress Yasuko Anzai, and Aria Milton, the deputy chamberlain of the Royal Harem of Oman. She has also been retained as a consultant for the private harems of various ultra-high net worth households, and has also been an advisor to some of the largest adult entertainment companies in the world.

Kroes holds a PhD in sexology from Leiden University. She is the author of ''Active Submission'' (2026), ''The Other Woman'' (2028), and ''Slave Heart'' (2030). She was trained as a dominatrix at the prestigious Matsuyama Women's School in Tokyo, Japan, and was one of the first four professional dominatrices to be recognized with the rank of Grand Mistress by the Royal Scarlet Society in 2022.
