The '''Chief of Staff of the Household Office''', sometimes also referred to as the '''Household Chief of Staff''', is a senior executive within the management structure of [[Palatine Management LLC]], the single-family office of billionaire industrialist and [[Minerva Holdings]] founder [[Julian Kao]]. She is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Household and all of its services, and oversees a team of more than 100 full-time employees and contractors across 5 different divisions, namely:

* '''Finance Division:''' Oversees the Household Office's budgeting and costs, procurements, leases, and payroll for more than 100 Household Office employees and contractors.

* '''Estates Division:''' Oversees the Kao family's vast portfolio of 47 properties and all of the facilities within them, including the Palatine Hill estate in Belle Haven, Connecticut. Also responsible for maintaining the family office's fleet of luxury aircraft, vehicles and the private yachts ''Scorpio'' and ''Fitzrovia''.

* '''Hospitality Division:''' Oversees the smooth operation of all day-to-day services for the Kao family and Consorts, including meal services, spa and beauty services, medical and wellness services, social events, transportation, travel, and personal protection.

* '''Talent Division:''' Oversees Kao's private harem, the House of Juno, and its 36 Consorts. Responsibilities include recruitment, training and onboarding, personal development, performance management, and alumni services.

* '''Media Division:''' Oversees internal and external communications, events, content development and digital services. Responsible for the Juno private app. Also in charge of photography and videography to document day-to-day activities within the Household. 

Because of the nature of the job, the Household Chief of Staff is invariably required to have a deep and intimate understanding of Kao's personal preferences, needs and habits. She must also be a highly trusted confidante with a track record of personal loyalty to Kao, as her day-to-day duties will make her privy to highly confidential information. 

The holder of the role is afforded an annual salary of $677,500, plus a personal expense account of up to $240,000 per year. She resides in the 2,400 sq ft, three-bedroom [[Lady Aspin Suite (Palatine Hill)|Lady Aspin Suite]] on the top floor of the Staff Annex within the Palatine Hill estate, and is also provided with the use of a personal car and chauffeur.
