It operates through subsidiaries in several countries, primarily in East Asia and South East Asia regions.

As of December 2034, NCB had total assets of $486.7 billion at the end of 2023, making it the eighth-largest bank in Asia by assets. The bank's global network has grown to comprise more than 500 branches and representative offices in 14 countries and regions.
