Diego Alejandro Rodolfo Toscano Moya (born 10 January 1961) is a Mexican business executive who has been serving as the Chief Executive Officer of investment conglomerate Minerva Holdings since 1 October 2031. Prior to his appointment as CEO, he served in various other key leadership roles at Minerva Holdings, including Chief Financial Officer (2028 - 2031) and Executive Vice President for Government Relations (2025 - 2028). He was also previously a senior executive at the American investment banks Lazard (2022 - 2025) and Goldman Sachs (2019 - 2022).
