Bella Marijn Hoezen (born 13 October 2016) is a Dutch corporate support professional and currently working as a freelance Executive Private Valet in Amsterdam. She is serving a number of clients, including local restauranteur and nightclub owner Ruud Garrix and cryptocurrency trader Georgi Andonov.

Previously, Hoezen spent more than 11 years working at multinational private prisons firm Altar Group, initially as a Private Valet (2038 - 2047) and then as an Executive Private Valet (2047 - 2049). Her last principal, Nicolas Diouf, was Altar's Vice President of Quality Assurance. He described her as "incredibly talented and loyal" and "truly a woman of rare integrity". However, despite this, he directed her to put in place a succession plan as her first order of business following her promotion to EV, because of her advancing age and his desire to "focus on women with natural bodies". In line with these instructions, Hoezen dutifully recruited and trained Avery Farkas to be her replacement, treating the American as her personal protégé.

From June 2043 to April 2047, Hoezen was Diouf's PV while he was serving as Head of Training at STRIP Jubbah, overseeing Altar's Reformative Training program for Recruit Inmate Prostitutes. She described this as a "humbling and sobering experience", and admitted feeling a great deal of empathy for the indentured women. She came to see Diouf as an "altruistic and compassionate leader" who "did his duty while also staying true to his values".

"The main reason I came to respect Nicolas so deeply was because I saw that he was able to do his professional duty while also refusing to allow himself to be corrupted by power.

Every single day, I saw so many of the staff members at STRIP abuse the poor girls. Nicolas could easily have done the same. They would have been powerless to stop him.

Instead of acting like a tyrant, he made it his mission to actually rehabilitate the girls. He spent time giving them guidance and education. He explained to them that they could benefit themselves by simply accepting their reality and completing their Reformative Training as quickly as possible.

And so, even though I felt very bad for those girls, I did my best to support Nicolas in his work. He was clearly making a huge difference to their lives."

Hoezen is an executive committee member for the Netherlands chapter of Second Chances, a nonprofit organization seeking to connect former Inmate Prostitutes to employment opportunities following their release from indenture.

In 2040, while employed as a PV in Altar's country office in Qatar, Hoezen underwent breast augmentation surgery at the suggestion of her then-principal, Michael Darby. This resulted in an increase in her breast size to 36DD. In 2048, she disclosed that she agreed to the surgery because she was "ambitious" and "eager to advance her career", but "later regretted the decision" because she realized that it would actually become an "impediment" to her professional aspirations in the longer term. She advised her younger colleagues to avoid plastic surgery because "most senior executives prefer their women to be all-natural".

Private Valet to Nicolas Diouf (2043)

STRIP Jubbah (2043 - 2047)

On 6 June 2043, Hoezen was re-assigned to a new principal, Nicolas Diouf.

Diouf was the former Custodian of Al-Jafr Women's Dormitory, and had just been appointed as the new Head of Training at STRIP. As a result of her new assignment, Hoezen was relocated to Ha'il, Saudi Arabia, and transferred to STRIP Jubbah. She was provided with a bedroom attached to her principal's three-bedroom quarters within the STRIP compound.

Almost immediately, she noticed a stark difference between Diouf and her former principal Darby. She noted that Darby "was content" with her just "looking hot" and being "ready for his use" at all times. Most of the time, he would simply avail himself of her body to "satisfy his urges", a process that required no more than 20 minutes each time.

However, Diouf had "much more exacting standards", and expected Hoezen to take a "much more proactive approach to sexual service". He enjoyed "long sessions with extended foreplay", and always required her to "prime him to receive service" - which could often mean fellating or masturbating him for hours. Indeed, Diouf told Hoezen that as Head of Training, it was his job to ensure that STRIP Jubbah produced Inmate Prostitutes of the highest quality, and as such, he "would not tolerate any mediocrity" from his own Private Valet.

First Encounters with Recruit Inmate Prostitutes (2043)

Because her principal was the Head of Training at STRIP Jubbah, Hoezen frequently came into contact with Recruit Inmate Prostitutes who were undergoing Reformative Training. Initially, she felt great sympathy for them, and questioned Diouf's role in their continued captivity and abuse.

She recalls:

"When I realized that many of the trainees were as young as 17 or 18, I thought to myself: 'these poor girls'. I saw for myself that they were undergoing their own personal hell. As if it wasn't enough for them to be separated from their families and forced into sexual servitude, some of the staff members seemed to enjoy inflicting more pain and humiliation on to them."

Despite her misgivings, Hoezen focused on her job. Over time, however, she soon observed that many of the girls seemed genuinely happy whenever they saw Diouf. His "patient and compassionate" approach to training, coupled with his "generally casual demeanor", contrasted starkly with the hostile attitudes of the other staff members, especially the custodial guards. Most notably, Diouf would "take the trouble to explain to the girls that the best thing they could do for themselves was to accept their new reality and try their best to complete Reformative Training in one straight shot", so that they could "quickly start earning money to pay off their debts and secure their freedom".
