Ghala Gentlemen's Club (Arabic: نادي غلا للرجال) is a private gentlemen's club located on the grounds of the Ghala Golf Course in Muscat, Oman. It was established in 2034 by the Ghala Gaming Corporation to offer high-end adult entertainment services to wealthy patrons who visited the area to play golf. Services are available daily from 9.30 am to 11.30 pm.
The club employs indentured Inmate Prostitutes leased from Bawshar Heights Women's Dormitory, a private custodial facility operated by Altar Group. As part of the partnership agreement between the companies, Altar is responsible for the custody, security, training and transportation of the Inmate Prostitutes.
The club's facilities include a large Main Lounge, a smaller private lounge, 4 private showrooms, a cigar lounge, and 24 well-appointed guest rooms. Ghala Gentlemen's Club offers a comprehensive 60-minute service package (starting at $1,600) which includes a hammam-style steam, scrub and shower, a sensual body-to-body massage, oral service, light rimming, classic full service and anal full service. All services are performed fully natural, and Attendants are not allowed to suggest the use of condoms. Although no tailor-made packages are available, Attendants are generally happy to accommodate personal requests whenever possible.

Compensation and Quota System
Ghala Gentlemen's Club operates a strict quota system. Each Attendant is required to be booked for a minimum of 6 hours per day. An overnight booking counts as 3 hours.
On days where an Attendant meets or exceeds this quota, she receives 4.5% of the total revenue she brings in for the day (called her "earnings"), with the remainder going to the club. However, if an Attendant fails to make quota, she receives no earnings at all for the day.
Attendants' earnings are all applied towards their outstanding debt balances, except for a small amount (starting at 9 cents per hour, capped at $0.54 per day) which is deposited into their personal amanat accounts, and may be used to make commissary purchases.
Attendants who fail to make quota face disciplinary action. This may include meal penalties, beatings, sleep deprivation, and loss of privileges. If an Attendant fails to make quota more than 10 times within a period of 30 days, she may be assessed to be unviable - which usually leads to termination and a transfer to another place of work.
According to the club's partnership agreement with Altar Group, there is a 60-40 revenue share structure in place, with Altar receiving 40% of all revenue generated by each Attendant.
Altar charges annual interest of 18% (capped at $75,000) on Attendants' outstanding balances. In addition, Bawshar Heights Women's Dormitory charges an annual custody fee of $28,000.
