Celina Augusta Lieke Kroes, PhD (born 5 April 1990) is a Dutch sexologist, educator, author and professional dominatrix with the apex rank of Grand Mistress. She is the founder and current Chief Instructor of the Celina Kroes Institute (CKI) in Amsterdam, a renowned training academy for service submissives and dominatrices. She is also an expert practitioner of shibari, and holds the Advanced Shibari Mistress certification.
Since 2016, Kroes has personally trained hundreds of service submissives and dozens of professional dominatrices. Her former apprentices include renowned practitioners such as Grand Mistress Diane Reschke, Grand Mistress Yasuko Anzai, and Aria Milton, the deputy chamberlain of the Royal Harem of Oman. She has also been retained as a consultant for the private harems of various ultra-high net worth households, and has also been an advisor to some of the largest adult entertainment companies in the world.
Kroes holds a PhD in sexology from Leiden University. She is the author of Active Submission (2026), The Other Woman (2028), and Slave Heart (2030). She was trained as a dominatrix at the prestigious Matsuyama Women's School in Tokyo, Japan, and was one of the first four professional dominatrices to be recognized with the rank of Grand Mistress by the Royal Scarlet Society in 2022.

Young women are openly rejecting these prescribed roles, and instead choosing to embrace their true feminine essence.
What people don't get is that young women want to be service submissives or consorts to powerful, wealthy men. Who wouldn't want to live a life of luxury and comfort, with all your needs taken care of? Who wouldn't want their only responsibility in life to be to ensure their patron's pleasure? This is the future reality.
And so, young women need to focus their attentions on learning how to properly serve their patron. It's competitive out there, and only those who are prepared will win."

Reschke is a strong advocate of orgasm discipline, and identifies as an orgasm hardliner. In her book The Beauty of Discipline, she argues that the female orgasm has "no biological or evolutionary purpose", and as such, is an "exercise in vanity and self-indulgence." She believes that women should not be permitted to orgasm under any circumstances. Much of her training philosophy involves training women to disregard their own pursuit of pleasure, and to instead focus on their "duty and responsibility" to please their male partners.
