This person is a key executive at Altar Group
Samir Ibrahim Arezki (Arabic: سمير أرزقي, born 30 October 2005) is a French-Algerian business executive who has been employed by the adult entertainment company Eternity Concepts since 2039. Since 13 April 2044, he has served as the Curator of Club Amber, an ultra-luxury Gentlemen's Club in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Hanafi is regarded as one of Altar's most important leaders, and is a close confidant of CEO Faisal bin Mokhtar Al-Nafisah. He played a key role in the company's expansion into North Africa, beginning with the signing of a 30-year partnership agreement with the Egyptian government in 2044. In between 2044 and 2049, he negotiated agreements with the governments of Morocco, Algeria and Libya to establish Altar Women's Dormitories in those countries. In June 2050, he oversaw the launch of Riad Khalifa, an ultra-exclusive private gentlemen's club operated directly by Altar, in the Marrakech city center.
In June 2047, Hanafi was responsible for negotiating a partnership with Henley Investments, one of the largest providers of adult entertainment services on the East Coast of the United States. In December 2048, Altar invested $500 million to acquire a 22.4% stake in Henley, which Hanafi described as a "complete no-brainer" of a deal, because Henley was "primed to become the nationwide market leader in the US within the next 5 to 10 years".
"Hanafi is one of the shrewdest operators in the game. He knows how to cajole, bribe and leverage. When necessary, he knows how to apply force and pressure. He gets things done.
Faisal Al-Nafisah has some way to go before he steps down as CEO, but whenever he does, he has a ready-made successor in Hanafi. There is no doubt that he will be among the leading contenders for the role."

Hanafi has a reputation for being a prolific networker, and has close friendships with several prominent business and political figures, including oligarchs Bilal Mashad, Rudy Setiawan and Vitaly Azarov, former British Prime Minister Chris Dunham, and US senators Brian Oldman and Cameron McLeod. He is known to have lavish tastes, and is said to own collections of more than 400 luxury watches and 30 cars. He has been noted for having "exacting standards" when it comes to women, and has been described as a "traditionalist who demands absolute attentiveness and submission".
In 2042, Hanafi married British model and socialite Olivia Harding. Their marriage attracted public attention because of Harding's past as an OnlyFans content creator, which seemed incompatible with Hanafi's Muslim background. However, he said that he "would not judge what she did in the past", as long as she kept her promise to leave the industry and refrain from making new content. In 2044, Harding filed a lawsuit against OnlyFans to obtain an injunction to remove her "former digital footprint".
