Marilyn Chappell Scott (born 11 May 1997) is an American politician and attorney who has been serving as the Member of the United States House of Representatives for Tennessee's 2nd congressional district since 3 January 2031. Since is a member of the Republican Party. She was first elected to the 122nd Congress in the 2030 Midterm Election with a majority of 14.21%. She was re-elected with increased majorities in 2032 and 2034.

Prior to gaining election to the House of Representatives, Scott served as the Deputy Attorney-General of Tennessee from 12 March 2028 to 2 January 2030. She also previously practiced as an attorney at the Manhattan law firm Hammill, Tsimikas and Chan from 2024 to 2028.
