Consorts of the House of Juno

The Consorts of the House of Juno are female companions and partners serving in the private harem of billionaire industrialist and Chairman of Minerva Holdings Julian Kao. While not married to Kao, each Consort is a member of Kao's household, and is engaged in a monogamous sexual relationship with him. The role of a Consort mirrors that of concubines in wealthy households during ancient times, however, the House of Juno mandates that each Consort's term naturally expires upon her "maturity date", which falls on her 25th birthday.

The Consorts' official residence is in the House of Juno building in Kao's Palatine Hill Estate in Belle Haven, Connecticut. However, they may also have secondary residences located within Kao's other properties, such as Highbrook in England, Dar Al-Noor in Saudi Arabia, Dekar Island in Indonesia, or Wangyuetai in China.

Consorts are provided with a host of financial and lifestyle benefits, including full scholarships to pursue undergraduate or postgraduate studies. Additionally, Consorts are encouraged to engage in artistic or athletic pursuits, and are provided with a tax-free monthly allowance of $25,000. They are also provided with food, accommodation and top-quality healthcare, and have access to a large complement of staff.

The number of Consorts within the House of Juno has increased over the years. The harem was first established in November 2019 with a roster of 16 Consorts, and underwent an expansion in 2021 to accommodate 24 Consorts. In 2033, the harem underwent its second expansion, which increased the number of Consorts to 36.

Personal Appearance[edit | edit source]

Consorts are generally required to maintain an attractive physical appearance through a regimen of nutrition, exercise and beauty treatments. They are also to ensure that they are appropriately groomed and presented at all times.

Evening Service[edit | edit source]

Kao retires to his bedroom to receive evening service from a selection of Consorts at 9.30 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Typically, an evening service detail comprises of four Consorts, although the number can be changed at the discretion of the Household Office. The evening service routine includes a shower and bath, a massage, and sexual service. Current household protocol requires that Kao be "doubly satisfied" before he goes to sleep. The Consorts on duty usually spend the night with Kao, and service him again in the morning if required. Each Consort is detailed for evening service at least once a month.

Household Events[edit | edit source]

All Consorts are required to attend household events, such as accession ceremonies or birthday celebrations, unless a leave of absence has been approved beforehand.

Travel[edit | edit source]

From time to time, Consorts are required to travel with the Patron in order to provide him with companionship, entertainment and service. The number of Consorts scheduled to staff a trip depends on the mode of travel and the length of the trip.

Academic and Educational Pursuits[edit | edit source]

Many Consorts join the harem while still attending college or high school. The Household Office fully covers Consorts' tuition expenses, and expects each Consort to graduate from her choice of program with good grades.

Other Personal Pursuits[edit | edit source]

Consorts are also required to pursue personal excellence in entrepreneurship, sports, music, the arts or any other personal endeavors approved by the Household Office. Each Consort's personal success contributes to the prestige of the House of Juno, as such, the Household Office provides an abundance of resources and assistance to support Consorts' success.

Loyalty and Dedication[edit | edit source]

Once admitted to the harem, Consorts may not resign or leave prior to their Maturity Date. They are also required to be faithfully monogamous. They stand to lose significant financial benefits if they violate these rules.

Sexual Discipline[edit | edit source]

Consorts are not permitted to orgasm unless specifically instructed to do so by the Patron or the Chief of Staff. Consorts may not actively seek permission to orgasm.

Consorts are permitted to masturbate themselves freely, as long as they do not orgasm.

Consorts may engage in sexual activity with each other only with permission from the Patron or the Chief of Staff. Applications can be made to the Household Office.

Daily Routines[edit | edit source]

Consorts are expected to text the Patron "good morning" and "good night" daily, and accompany their messages with explicit photos or videos. They are also required to update Juno Confidential, a private internal social media app, at least twice a week.

For security purposes, Consorts are expected to keep the Household Office informed of their whereabouts on a regular basis, including by allowing their location to be tracked via cellular phone. They may not stay offsite overnight unless prior approval is obtained.

Every Consort is provided with her private apartment within the House of Juno building, located in the Palatine Hill Estate. Accommodations range from 1,000 sq ft studio apartments to the 1,800 sq ft, two-bedroom Prefect's Suite. The building also contains various amenities, including a dining room, a lounge, a recreation room, an indoor swimming pool, a spa, and a library.

The building also contains a 3,000 sq ft gym with private studios for classes. There is a full-time personal trainer and physiotherapist on staff.

In addition, Consorts also have access to accommodation facilities in Kao's other residential properties, such as Highbrook in England, Dar Al-Noor in Saudi Arabia, Dekar Island in Indonesia, Wangyuetai in China, or the penthouse apartment at 432 Park Avenue in Manhattan.

Allowance[edit | edit source]

Each Consort receives a cash allowance of $20,000 per month from the Household Office, which is paid into an offshore LLC for the purposes of tax efficiency.

The Prefect receives an additional cash allowance of $8,000 per month.

Transportation[edit | edit source]

Consorts benefit from a large number of transportation options, including Kao's fleet of private aircraft, helicopters, and yachts. There are daily helicopter flights from Palatine Hill and New York City, Ithaca, Boston and New Haven. In addition, a private chauffeured fleet of cars is available for booking through the Household Office.

Tuition Subsidies[edit | edit source]

The Household Office pays for all expenses associated with higher education, including tuition fees for both undergraduate and postgraduate courses, as well as books, materials, examination fees, and other miscellaneous fees where needed.

Probably the single most valuable benefit that Consorts enjoy is access to the immense network of business and professional relationships across Minerva Holdings and all its subsidiary businesses, as well as the House of Juno alumni. These contacts have frequently proven to be sources of expertise, financing, employment, business opportunities, or investment opportunities.

While the House of Juno encourages all Consorts to become entrepreneurs, it also supports members who wish to pursue professional careers, and frequently taps its networks to place Consorts in favorable positions.
