The Hung Hom Triad (Traditional Chinese: 紅磡三合會) is an international organized crime syndicate whose activities are known to include drug trafficking, human trafficking, unlicensed gambling, loansharking, racketeering, prostitution, counterfeiting, kidnapping and money laundering. The organization is the largest of the Chinese triad organizations worldwide.
Since the 2020s, the Hung Hom Triad has significantly modernized its operations, and has integrated itself into a vast number of legitimate industries and sectors, most notably banking, real estate and logistics. Chan Hon Wah, the founder and executive chairman of Nanyang Commercial Bank, is widely regarded to be the leader of the Hung Hom Triad, although he has never confirmed or denied this.
