The Lady Aspin Suite, formerly known as the Quirinal Suite and the Stephanie Aspin Suite, is an apartment located on the eighth floor of the Staff Annex building within the Kao family's Palatine Hill complex in Belle Haven, Connecticut. The apartment is an official residence for the exclusive use of the Chief of Staff of the Household Office of Palatine Management, the single-family office of Julian Kao.
The apartment suite has a total floor area of 2,436 sq ft, and has three bedrooms, one of which has been converted into a private library, four bathrooms and two balconies. It is also equipped with luxury amenities including under-floor heating, a Bang & Olufsen surround sound system, an indoor plunge pool, a steam room, a jacuzzi tub, and a 450 sq ft wardrobe.
Built in 2015, the suite was originally called the Quirinal Suite. In 2022, it was renamed the Stephanie Aspin Suite in honor of Kao's first Household Manager, a role that later evolved into the present-day Chief of Staff of the Household Office position.
Aspin personally oversaw the design and construction of the suite between 2013 to 2015, but never got to reside in it, as it was completed only after she left the position. In 2027, when Aspin was awarded a life peerage and became known as Baroness Aspin of Tandridge, the suite was renamed the Lady Aspin Suite.
