This person is a Valet at Banque Saint-Germain

Yuen Yen Ching (Traditional Chinese: 袁艷晶, born 16 June 2001), more commonly known as Valerie Yuen, is an Malaysian-Chinese service professional who has been employed since 8 January 2022 as a Client Services Valet at Swiss private bank Banque Saint-Germain.

Yuen is currently a Supervising Valet at BSG's branch in Macau, having been appointed to this position on 15 June 2033. Previously, she was a Regional Valet, covering the East Asia region, from November 2030 to June 2033. She is available during banking hours from Monday to Friday, with additional availability until 11.30 pm on Fridays.

"When you're dealing with clients of a high stature, you come to see that they don't like to hear 'no' for an answer. And I think that's to be expected - they have worked very hard to arrive at this level of success, so they deserve the absolute best VIP treatment. I try my best to give them whatever they need, and if I can't, I always make sure to propose alternative options."
