Reformative Training
Reformative Training (commonly referred to as "RT") is a structured 12-week training program designed to prepare Inmate Prostitutes for their new careers as sex workers within the Madhbah network of gentlemen's clubs. The program is divided into two phases, with each lasting 6 weeks. Phase 1 focuses solely on mental and psychological conditioning, while Phase 2 includes etiquette, behavior and vocational skills training. During RT, the girls are subject to a strict regime of discipline and regimentation, and are afforded little to no personal freedom. At the end of the 12-week program, the girls take a series of assessments and are graded accordingly. Thereafter, they are transferred to the Candidates Wing, where they are held in custody indefinitely until they are offered employment at a Madhbah property.
