Mansour Ali Ibrahim (Arabic: منصور علي ابراهيم, born 6 November 1978) is an Iraqi-British business executive and former attorney. He is currently the Curator of White Silk, a luxury gentlemen's club in Socotra, Yemen. Before his appointment to this position on 2 March 2029, he held several senior positions at Altar Group, the world's largest provider of adult entertainment services and owner of White Silk, over a period of 15 years between 2014 to 2029. He is generally regarded as a trusted confidante and key lieutenant of Altar CEO Haroon Uddin, and has been described by many observers as Uddin's "personal fixer".
In addition to his roles at Altar Group, Ibrahim has also served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Qalansiya Legal Affairs Council since 2 January 2030, an advisor to the Socotra Bar Association since 8 June 2030, and an honorary advisor to the Socotra International Chamber of Commerce since 15 January 2032.
Between 2023 to 2025, Ibrahim played a key role in advancing the relationship between Altar and Yemeni political leader (and later Emir) Ayyub Fahad Al-Ansari, and is thought to have channeled over $150 million in funding to Al-Ansari for political purposes. He was also a leading advocate for the formation of investment conglomerate Scimitar Holdings and its subsequent lease of Socotra from the Yemeni government.

Prior to joining Altar Group, Ibrahim was a senior lecturer at the law faculty of Lahore University from 2012 to 2014, and was a partner at the British law firm Alam, Quinn and Dhanial from 2009 to 2012, during which time he is believed to have represented clients with known ties to the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and Al-Qaeda. He has also previously worked at the international law firm Linklaters.
Ibrahim is widely regarded as a moderate Islamist and Arab nationalist who supports polygamy, indentured servitude, Palestinian statehood, and selective application of Sha'aria law. He does not recognize the legitimacy of the State of Israel. However, he does not support bans on alcohol, pornography or prostitution, and has publicly stated his opposition to militant jihad other than in "exceptional cases involving systematic and widespread oppression of Muslims". He has also recognized the Holocaust, and considers it to be a war crime.
Since his appointment to the role of Curator at White Silk, Ibrahim has introduced a number of initiatives aimed at improving the welfare of Attendants.
