Les Sables d'Or (Arabic: الرمال الذهبية, lit: "Golden Sands"), sometimes referred to as Les Sables, is a private gentlemen's club located on Île de Pêche, a private island off the coast of Djibouti City, Djibouti. It was completed by the Altar Group in December 2032, and opened for business on 14 February 2033. It is designated by Altar as a five-star property. The club provides its members with adult entertainment services in an opulent setting, with amenities including luxury accommodation, a fine-dining restaurant, a spa, a business center, secure underground parking, and a 24/7 concierge service. One of Les Sables' most unique features is that all 36 of its guest suites are fully underwater, offering a stunning view of the teeming marine life around the island's house reef.
Members of Les Sables are primarily drawn to the club because of its adult entertainment services. These services are provided by a roster of attractive and highly-trained female sex workers known as Attendants, who are indentured women signed to long-term employment contracts under Djibouti's kafala (sponsorship) system.
As of December 2034, Les Sables is estimated to have approximately 1,200 members. In addition, the club has a partnership with Banque Saint-Germain, allowing the approximately 1,600 holders of BSG's Aquila Card to access its services. Membership of the club is highly sought-after, and all new applicants must be referred by an existing member. The club's membership dues are currently $95,000 per annum.
"Les Sables d'Or is where Djibouti's most important deals get made. It is the venue of choice for the country's political and business elite. Evidently, there is no better bonding experience amongst men than enjoying the affections of beautiful young women in a lavish, ultra-private setting."
Burhaan Dualeh DihoudAuthor, The New Djibouti

The day-to-day management of the Les Sables is overseen by a senior executive called the Curator, who also acts as the legal conservator for all of the club's indentured workers. The Curator has at his disposal a security and custodial team comprising 36 operatives provided by the private military company Skyshroud.
