The Kasbah (Arabic: القصبة, lit: "The Castle") is a private gentlemen's club located in Madinat Al-Jafr, a village in the Al-Ahsa area of Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province. The club provides its members with adult entertainment services in an opulent setting, with amenities including luxury accommodation, restaurants, a spa, a business center, and a 24/7 concierge service. Billed as one of the most prestigious adult entertainment venue in the world, The Kasbah first opened its doors in 2007, and was acquired by the Altar Luxury Group in 2014. It is designated by Altar as a five-star property.
For members of The Kasbah, the main draw is its adult entertainment services, which are provided by a roster of attractive and highly-trained female sex workers known as Attendants signed to long-term employment contracts under Saudi Arabia's kafala (sponsorship) system.
As of December 2034, The Kasbah is estimated to have approximately 8,500 members. Membership of the club is highly sought-after, and all new applicants must be referred by an existing member. Membership dues are $105,000 per annum.

In 2031, Altar Luxury agreed to a partnership with Banque Saint-Germain, giving holders of the Aquila card, all of whom are the private bank's most elite clients with assets under management of at least $100 million, complimentary lifetime membership at The Kasbah and several other similar clubs.
The day-to-day management of The Kasbah is overseen by a senior executive called the Curator, who also acts as the legal conservator of the club's indentured workers. The Curator has at his disposal a security and custodial team comprising 48 operatives provided by the private military company Skyshroud.

The main clubhouse at The Kasbah contains an array of luxury facilities, including a lobby, two private lounge areas, two restaurants, a wellness center with a hammam and spa, a hookah lounge, and multiple private meeting rooms.
The most important part of the clubhouse is the 10,000 sq ft private hall known as the Gallery, where customers can relax in comfort and watch Attendants present themselves during the hourly Selection Parades prior to making their choice of who to service them.
The private grounds surrounding the clubhouse feature beautifully landscaped gardens, pools and water features to emphasize its location within the Al-Ahsa oasis. There are several walking paths which are very pleasant in the evenings. Customers may also request the use of golf buggies to get around the sprawling grounds.
All services at the clubhouse are coordinated via the Concierge Desk. To ensure guests' safety, all areas within the clubhouse are monitored by surveillance cameras, and are patrolled by armed security personnel from Skyshroud.
Guest Suites
The Kasbah boasts 68 guest suites, including 52 executive suites, 12 grand suites and 4 villas. All guest suites are situated on the second, third and fourth floors of the Valley Wing and the Tower Wing, both of which can be accessed from the main lobby.

Room rates for Executive Suites start at $2,100 per night, Grand Suites are $3,600 per night, and Villas are $10,000 per night before tax and service charges.
All customers who book guest suites receive dedicated 24/7 butler service, which includes assistance in unpacking and packing suitcases, laundry and dry cleaning, and shoe shine services. In addition, customers may also utilize the club's complimentary SUV or helicopter transfers to and from the Al Ahsa airport. For VIP members, private jet transfers to Riyadh can be arranged. While staying at The Kasbah, VIP customers can also request executive security services from Skyshroud operatives for $2,500 per day.
Complimentary Use of Suites
Attendants at The Kasbah provide pleasure services to customers in guest suites. Customers who book pleasure services with an Attendant receive complimentary use of an Executive Suite for up to four hours. Upgrades to a Grand Suite are charged at $250 per hour, subject to availability.
Customers who book pleasure services overnight receive complimentary use of an Executive Suite until the standard checkout time of 12 pm the following day, inclusive of free breakfast. Upgrades to a Grand Suite are charged at $1,000 per night, subject to availability.
Since 2031, holders of Banque Saint-Germain's Aquila Card have been eligible to receive free upgrades to the best available suite, as well as complimentary breakfast and 4 pm late checkout.
Al-Tamar Hammam and Spa
Spa Facilities
The luxurious 10,200 sq ft Al-Tamar Hammam and Spa is a highlight of The Kasbah. The spa is named after the succulent fruit of the date palm tree native to the Arabian desert, and was re-opened in 2030 following an extensive $10 million renovation.
Featuring 4 private bathing suites, 4 massage suites and a spacious wellness center with two hot tubs, a cold plunge pool, a steam room, a sauna, and a cold mist room, the world-class relaxation facility offers an oasis within an oasis for customers who seek a private, exclusive environment in which they can enjoy a variety of therapeutic treatments from around the world.

Sensual Treatments
The treatment menu at Al-Tamar places emphasis on enhancing male virility, and includes a number of acclaimed sensual treatments which offer an excellent prelude to The Kasbah's signature pleasure services. Some of these treatments are known to result in more powerful orgasms, while also acting as effective therapies against common conditions such as erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation.

All of these treatments are performed fully nude by Al-Tamar's roster of beautiful and highly-skilled masseuses. Masseuses are not Inmate Prostitutes and are not indentured, as such, their right of consent must be respected.
The Kasbah's policy requires that if a customer has not yet booked a session with an Attendant that day, the masseuses at Al-Tamar are strictly prohibited from bringing him to a climax during a massage treatment. However, if a customer has already booked pleasure services with an Attendant that same day, the massage treatment will include an optional hand finish.
Masseuses are strictly prohibited from providing full service.

Pleasure Services
The Kasbah's signature "pleasure service" is a sexual service which follows a predetermined routine, choreographed with influences from Dongguan service and Yoshiwara soapland service which are popular in China and Japan respectively.
The club has claimed that its pleasure service is the "most luxurious sensual experience in the world", and requires its Attendants to undergo extensive training in order to learn the necessary techniques and skills.
Over the course of a standard 60-minute "course", a customer can expect to receive a shower service, a cat bath, a tantric massage, light rimming, oral service, classic full service and anal full service from one or more Attendants. Customers who book duo sessions can also expect a "lesbian show" as part of their service course.
Longer "courses" include additional components such as nuru massage, hammam bath service, paizuri, sumata and deep rimming. Some Attendants are also able to provide "dungeon services", for which a surcharge is applied. All services are covered by the club's Quality Service Guarantee.
Unlike most other adult entertainment establishments, The Kasbah guarantees that each customer will climax at least once during every session. In the event that a customer has difficulty climaxing, his Attendant(s) are required to continue servicing him until he does so, at no additional charge. Moreover, there is no limit to the number of times a customer is allowed to climax during a session.

No-Condom Policy
Since 2015, Attendants at The Kasbah have provided classic and anal full service without the use of condoms. This policy was initially conceived as a marketing strategy, but was later retained after it proved to be very popular with members.
Condoms are prohibited on club premises, and Attendants found to be in possession of condoms are liable to face severe disciplinary action. Other employees are also subject to disciplinary action for bringing condoms onto the clubhouse premises.
In order to ensure the safety of guests, all Attendants are required to be vaccinated against HIV and also consume Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) on a daily basis. Additionally, Attendants are also required to take STD tests every Monday and Thursday. To protect against unwanted pregnancies, all Attendants are fitted with IUDs immediately upon arriving in Altar custody.
Selection of Attendants
Customers are able to choose their preferred Attendants in three ways: via a concierge recommendation, the club's online catalog, or during a Selection Parade held in the Gallery.
Between 12.00 pm to 12.00 am, Selection Parades are held on an hourly basis. During each Selection Parade, all available Attendants form a line-up to present their bodies to prospective customers for inspection. Attendants are encouraged to market themselves to customers by making eye contact, smiling, flirting, and inviting clients to touch them. Clients are permitted to touch Attendants "within reason" for the purposes of evaluating them.
Once a customer has made his selection, he approaches the concierge desk to indicate his choice by way of stating the Attendant's serial number. The Attendant is then removed from the line-up, and gets ready to meet the customer in his assigned guest suite. Selection is conducted on a first-come, first-served basis, however, customers may pre-book their Attendant of choice. Attendants with pre-bookings are excluded from the Selection Parade entirely.
In general, Senior Attendants who have an established and regular clientele tend to receive a high volume of pre-bookings, and may not be available during Selection Parades at all.

Overnight bookings start at 12.00 am and end at 8.00 am.
Senior Attendants are able to offer outcall services to locations within a 90-minute driving distance. For outcall services, driving time is charged at the hourly rate. The minimum booking is 2 hours.
All customers who book Attendant services receive complimentary use of a Guest Suite for the duration of their booking.
Management of Attendants
Indenture System
The Kasbah makes use of Inmate Prostitutes, who are indentured sex workers employed pursuant to the kafala (sponsorship) system that is widely in place throughout Saudi Arabia and the rest of the Arabian Gulf. The Kasbah recruits its Attendants from the Female Vocational Training Center (FVTC) in Shawyah, Saudi Arabia following their completion of Reformative Training.
Once an Inmate Prostitute has been offered employment as an Attendant at The Kasbah, she is required to sign a long-term, open-ended employment contract that remains in force until a certain monetary sum (corresponding to her debt balance, plus interest) is repaid.
For Inmate Prostitutes, securing employment at a high-end club such as The Kasbah represents the best possible opportunity to earn their freedom. As such, competition for places is intense, and the girls who are offered positions at The Kasbah are generally determined not to lose them.
While indentured, the Inmate Prostitutes remain in the custody of The Kasbah. Its Curator acts as their legal conservator. In accordance with the kafala system, a legal conservator has absolute authority over his charges' entry and exit from Saudi Arabia, working hours and working conditions, and is also responsible for his charges' upkeep and welfare.
The Dormitory

The Kasbah houses its Inmate Prostitutes in a secure prison-like facility called the Dormitory, which occupies two basement levels directly underneath the main clubhouse building. There is a stairwell and a passage which connects the Dormitory directly to the Gallery, which allows the girls to be transported to and from work without any possibility of escape.
The Dormitory contains more than 100 secure cells of various types, in addition to recreational facilities and amenities. It is guarded 24/7 by a detail of custodial guards, which is overseen by a member of the management staff known as the Superintendent. The custodial team headed by the Superintendent has authority over all matters within the Dormitory.
When not at work, Inmate Prostitutes spend the entirety of their time in the Dormitory. They are subject to a strict regime of regimentation and discipline which affords them little to no freedom. However, the girls are provided with opportunities to earn additional freedom and personal comforts by demonstrating good behavior.
While indentured, Inmate Prostitutes are stripped of most of their rights, including the right of consent in regards to sexual interactions. They are required to abide by the sexual access and sexual service requirements as specified in the Inmate Prostitutes' Charter. As such, the girls are obligated to service the custodial guards and other staff members whenever demanded.

Custody Conditions
Accommodation
All cells in the Dormitory have bare concrete walls on three sides and the remaining side consisting of vertical steel bars facing out into the block. Every cell is fitted with a tamper-proof surveillance camera. In general population, Inmate Prostitutes are housed in either single-occupancy cells measuring 6 x 8 feet, or double-occupancy cells measuring 7 x 20 feet. Each cell has a self-contained bathroom area which is separated from the sleeping area by a low divider 15 cm (5.9 in) in height, comprised of a squatting toilet and a tap affixed to the wall. Cold water is dispensed 24/7 from the tap.
Meals
Inmate Prostitutes are served two meals a day, from 7.30 am to 9.30 am and from 12.30 am to 1.30 am. They may access the mess hall at their convenience during these hours. Meals are typically heavy on starch, and contain bread, rice and boiled potatoes. In addition, beans, lentils, butter, nuts and boiled vegetables may be served to supplement nutritional needs. During the month of Ramadan, an additional "special dish" is provided, which may include boiled eggs, fruit, or dates. No meat or fish is served.
The girls may buy additional food items from the commissary using funds in their welfare accounts.
Security
Security in the Dormitory is strict. Custodial staff patrol the premises 24/7. All access to the stairwell is double-locked, while all cells and common areas have surveillance cameras fitted.
In addition, inspections are conducted 3 times a day. During inspections, the Duty Guard Commander conducts a head count, and also searches all cells for contraband. In addition, body cavity searches may be conducted at random. In addition to the scheduled routine inspections, custodial staff may also require on-the-spot inspections at any time.
Regimentation and Discipline

Inmate Prostitutes are subject to a strict regimentation and discipline regime. There are rules governing attire, presentation, deference towards staff, use of facilities, hygiene and permitted activities. Any violation may be met with either an informal punishment or a formal disciplinary charge before a tribunal.
Every Inmate Prostitute is assigned to a custody status from A to C based on her security risk as well as the likelihood that she will commit a disciplinary violation. It is possible to get "promoted" to a better custody status by demonstrating good behavior over a period of time. Girls with a superior custody status are permitted more personal comforts and freedoms.

Work Conditions
Attendants are required to work 12 hours a day, 365 days a year. Official work hours are from 12 pm to 12 am, however, these hours may be extended in the event of overnight bookings. An official excuse slip, signed by the Curator, must be obtained in the event of any absence from work.
While at work, Attendants are to remain in an orderly formation inside the Inventory Room, which is connected to the main stage in the Gallery. Every hour, on the hour, they are required to report for Selection Parades. If selected for service, they will proceed to the guest suites via a service staircase. If not selected, they will return to the Inventory Room.
In between customers, Attendants are expected to return to the Inventory Room to clean themselves and touch up their make up. Staff members may inspect them to ensure that they are ready to be presented to their next customer.
All Attendants are required to uphold the Quality Service Guarantee when servicing customers. Each customer will be invited to give a rating to his Attendant(s) after a session. In the event of a customer complaint, an Attendant is not only liable to forfeit her earnings for the session, she may also be required to pay for the customer to book a replacement session.
Earnings and Debt Repayment
Attendants at The Kasbah are required to meet a daily quota of three booked hours. They are entitled to receive 6% of all revenues from subsequent bookings (i.e. starting from the fourth booked hour), called their "earnings". Senior Attendants are entitled to a higher earnings percentage of between 7.5% to 8%.
Earnings are computed on a daily basis, after the end of every work day. Attendants' earnings are immediately applied towards their outstanding debt balance. Once an Attendant's debt balance has been fully settled, she must be released from custody within a maximum of 72 hours. If her account is in credit, the balance will be paid to her in cash.
In the event that an Attendant fails to meet the daily quota, she will accrue no earnings for the day, and a fine of $4,000 will be applied to her account to compensate the club for its loss of income.
In order to comply with anti-usury laws, no interest is charged on outstanding debt balances. However, a one-off "management fee" of 65% is applied to every Inmate Prostitute's opening balance at the beginning of her employment at The Kasbah. In addition, an annual health insurance contribution of $18,000 is charged every calendar year to cover healthcare costs.

Personal Welfare Accounts
All Attendants at the Kasbah are eligible to receive an additional daily credit into their personal welfare accounts, amounting to an additional 0.25% of their earnings for the day, subject to a maximum daily cap. As of December 2034, the daily cap for Junior Attendants is $0.92, and increases to $1.44 for Senior Attendants.
The funds credited into the girls' personal welfare accounts are provided as a welfare measure, and are not deducted from their daily earnings. They are available for discretionary spending at the commissary, and may not be applied towards any outstanding debt balances. However, there are certain exceptional situations in which these funds may be garnished.
Muslim Inmate Prostitutes
In line with the Inmate Prostitutes' Charter, all Muslim Inmate Prostitutes employed as Attendants at The Kasbah are afforded certain privileges, such as automatically being assigned to Custody Status B immediately upon arrival.
In addition, Muslim Inmate Prostitutes are also provided with access to the prayer room on Fridays, halal meals in the mess hall, and time off work to break fast during the month of Ramadan. They are also permitted to purchase long-sleeved garments from the commissary for additional modesty. Some or all of these privileges can be revoked in the event of a disciplinary violation.
