Karl Heinrich Wilhelm Abelshauser (born 28 May 1962) is a German business executive who has been serving as the Vice Chairman of investment conglomerate Minerva Holdings since 3 August 2026. Prior to his appointment as Vice Chairman, he served as a Portfolio Manager overseeing Minerva's private equity investments in Europe from 2017 to 2026. Before joining Minerva, he held senior roles at the private equity firms TPG (2014 - 2017) and General Atlantic (2011 - 2014), as well as the investment banks Evercore (2000 - 2011) and Morgan Stanley (2005 - 2010).
