Joshua David Hawley (born 31 December 1979) is an American politician and former lawyer who is the 49th and current President of the United States. A member of the Republican Party, he previously served as the 51st Vice President of the United States from 2029 to 2030 under President JD Vance. He ascended to the presidency as a result of Vance's resignation from office on 18 June 2030.
