The Veloria of the House of Juno is an official title awarded to the most favored consort within the House of Juno, the private harem of billionaire industrialist Julian Kao. The holder of the office is the representative of all consorts within the harem, and is expected to model exemplary behavior for both current and future consorts. She serves indefinitely at the Patron's pleasure, however, it is customary for the Veloria to remain in office until her maturity date.
The title was first created on 20 February 2018 as a way to "bestow honor and prestige on the Patron's favorite consort". The first Veloria was Sara Henderson. The current and 7th Veloria, Madison Spiegel, has held the position since 26 January 2034.
"As Veloria, all of the other girls will look up to you. The newcomers, especially, will look to you as their example as they seek to adjust to harem life. Believe me, I know it isn't easy to always be under the spotlight - and to have to be nice and classy all the time. There will be times when you are tired or frustrated. But remember, a lot of trust has been placed in you. It is your duty to repay that trust through your deeds and actions."

The Veloria is given precedence amongst all other consorts at household events, with only Kao family members and the Chief of Staff of the Household Office ranking higher. She is provided with a personal assistant, an official car (a Bentley Flying Spur Mulliner), and the use of the three-bedroom Veloria's Suite on the sixth floor of the House of Juno complex in Belle Haven, Connecticut. When traveling with the Patron, she is assigned to the bedroom immediately adjacent to the Patron's residential suite.

The duties of the Veloria are dependent on the office holder's specific individual relationship with the Patron and the Household Office, and are not officially set out in any codified document. However, the Veloria's general duties include:
Ceremonial Role
The Veloria is expected to be present at every official household event as the representative of the consorts. Depending on the nature of the event, she may be required to make a speech, present an award or a token of appreciation, or to perform other ceremonial duties. It is also customary for the Veloria to present new consorts to the Patron prior to their first evening service with him.
Exemplary Role
The Veloria is expected to set a good example and "model positive behavior" for all consorts in the harem, especially new consorts. This extends to her personal grooming and presentation, her manners, her conduct, and performance of her duties.
Liaison Role
The Veloria is often relied upon by the Household Office to communicate policies and regulations to the other consorts. Additionally, she may also provide informal feedback regarding specific issues affecting individual consorts.
