The Veloria of the House of Juno is an official title awarded to the most favored consort within the House of Juno, the private harem of billionaire industrialist Julian Kao. The holder of the office is the representative of all consorts within the harem, and is expected to model exemplary behavior for both current and future consorts. She serves indefinitely at the Patron's pleasure, however, it is customary for the Veloria to remain in office until her maturity date.
The title was first created on 20 February 2018 as a way to "bestow honor and prestige on the Patron's favorite consort". The first Veloria was Sara Costain. The current and 8th Veloria, Madison Spiegel, has held the position since 26 January 2034.
"As Veloria, all of the other girls will look up to you. The newcomers, especially, will look to you as their example as they seek to adjust to harem life. Believe me, I know it isn't easy to always be under the spotlight - and to have to be nice and classy all the time. There will be times when you are tired or frustrated. But remember, a lot of trust has been placed in you. It is your duty to repay that trust through your deeds and actions."

The Veloria is given precedence amongst all other consorts at household events, with only Kao family members and the Chief of Staff of the Household Office ranking higher. She is provided with a personal assistant, an official car (a Bentley Flying Spur Mulliner), and the use of the three-bedroom Veloria's Suite on the sixth floor of the House of Juno complex in Belle Haven, Connecticut. When traveling with the Patron, she is assigned to the bedroom immediately adjacent to the Patron's residential suite.

The duties of the Veloria are dependent on the office holder's specific individual relationship with the Patron and the Household Office, and are not officially set out in any codified document. However, the Veloria's general duties include:
Ceremonial Role
The Veloria is expected to be present at every official household event as the representative of the consorts. Depending on the nature of the event, she may be required to make a speech, present an award or a token of appreciation, or to perform other ceremonial duties. It is also customary for the Veloria to present new consorts to the Patron prior to their first evening service with him.
Exemplary Role
The Veloria is expected to set a good example and "model positive behavior" for all consorts in the harem, especially new consorts. This extends to her personal grooming and presentation, her manners, her conduct, and performance of her duties.
Liaison Role
The Veloria is often relied upon by the Household Office to communicate policies and regulations to the other consorts. Additionally, she may also provide informal feedback regarding specific issues affecting individual consorts.
Benefits
Velora's Suite
The Veloria is entitled to the use of the three-bedroom Veloria's Suite located on the 6th floor of the House of Juno complex within the Palatine Hill estate in Belle Haven, Connecticut. The suite has a floor area of 1,820 sq ft, and features three bathrooms, a private study, a jacuzzi tub, a steam shower, a state-of-the-art Bang & Olufsen sound system, and a fully-stocked wardrobe. In addition, the suite has its own 600 sq ft roof patio.
Personal Assistant
The Veloria is entitled to a personal assistant who is a full-time staff member at the Household Office. The personal assistant's role is to help the Veloria with personal errands, shopping, organizing, scheduling, and making bookings and reservations.
Executive Security
The Veloria is entitled to two private security officers from Skyshroud whenever she is required to travel outside the Palatine Hill Estate.
Executive Transport
The Veloria is entitled to the use of her own official car, a navy blue Bentley Flying Spur Mulliner 2033, and a personal driver. The car is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a secure telecommunications system, and shatter-proof glass windows.
In addition, the Veloria has priority access to the Household Office's fleet of aircraft, including a Gulfstream G1100 private jet and an Aston Martin ACH130 executive helicopter.
Additional Allowance
The Veloria is entitled to an additional $8,000 stipend on top of the regular monthly allowance of $20,000 which all consorts receive.

Access to Networking Opportunities
Notwithstanding the array of privileges afforded to the Veloria, by far the most important benefit available to holders of the office is the close proximity to the Patron and the consequent access to his personal and business networks.
Michelle Moncada, the 5th Veloria of the House of Juno, shares:
"When you spend so much time around [Julian Kao], you naturally get to rub shoulders with his friends and contacts. It can be quite surreal at first, but you get used to it pretty quickly. First off, you're going to learn a ton about business, just by having a front-row seat to probably the highest-level deals anywhere in the world. But then you slowly get to know people yourself, and before long you have them on speed dial. No 25 year old girl anywhere in the world has a right to this kind of priceless networking."
