Emily Rebecca Agard (born 17 July 2018) is an American adult entertainer and business manager based in Detroit, Michigan. She has spent her entire career working at The Red Room, having first joined in January 2039, and currently serves as the property's Assistant Manager. In March 2049, she retired from front-line service in order to focus on her management role. She has been a personal jāriya to Arab-American businessman Nazeem Mustafa since May 2049, and her Islamic name is Amira. Born to a middle-class white American family, Agard was enrolled as an undergraduate student at the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor between 2037 to 2038. However, her family began to experience severe financial difficulties in August 2038, which left them unable to subsidize her college tuition and rent. In order to make ends meet, Agard briefly worked at an illegal Salon Club in the Ann Arbor area. However, upon seeing her friends get arrested for unlicensed prostitution, she decided to commit to "going legit", and took a semester off to work at The Red Room. Soon after, she made the decision to drop out of college and focus on her career.
"If the circumstances were different, I would probably have ended up with a fancy degree and a regular job at a bank or law firm. I chose this path out of necessity, but I've seen that it is possible to really do well in this business if you have the right mentality. In my current role, I try my best to help the other girls learn and grow, while also looking after the revenue side of the business."
