Gemma Kit-Mei Tang (Traditional Chinese: 鄧潔靡, Jyutping: Dang6 Git3 Mei5, Pinyin: Deng Jiemi, born 12 March 2030) is a Hong Kong Chinese sexologist and professional dominatrix who has been practicing as an Associate Mistress with the Reschke Academy since 20 June 2055. She was trained by Grand Mistress Diane Reschke.
From 2050 to 2055, Tang was a member of the House of Juno, the private harem of billionaire industrialist Julian Kao. During this time, she resided in the House of Juno complex in Palatine Hill, the Kao family's private estate in Belle Haven, Connecticut. While serving as a consort to Kao, she attended and graduated summa cum laude from Yale University, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in psychology.
According to Tang, her interest in sexuality was catalyzed by the "hypersexual environment" in the House of Juno, with "scores of beautiful women constantly walking around in various states of undress, living together in service of a powerful man". She relates that she was "sexually very inexperienced" prior to her entry into the harem, but benefited greatly from "an environment in which senior girls and staff members were highly supportive and ready to share their expertise". As a result, she "went down a rabbit hole" exploring her own sexuality as well as human sexual psychology in general, and was "so deeply fascinated" that she decided to devote her future career to it.
"Before my time in the House of Juno, I thought that sex was just about a perfunctory physical release. But the more I learnt, the more I discovered how sexually repressed I had been. Even more alarmingly, the vast majority of people are in the same boat - and they don't even realize how much more there is to it. Sex is an integral expression of our human identity - and the concept of power is core to all human interactions.
Today, there are millions of women who dream of joining an elite harem, or landing a job as a private valet to an important, influential man. These positions are extremely competitive, and having a pretty face isn't enough any more. Women have to realize that a fundamental understanding of sexuality is really the key differentiator. I now get to help them along this journey - and I couldn't wish for a more exciting and meaningful career path."

Tang is a strong advocate of fifth-wave feminism. She has volunteered in grassroots campaigns in support of the Household and Family Reform Act and the Sex Workers' Rights Act. She believes that high net-worth men should be provided with incentives to establish harems in order to promote social mobility for young women.
