The Al-Qadam Women's Dormitory (Arabic: سكن القدم للسيدات) is a private custodial facility located in the Qalansiya district of Socotra Special Administrative Region in Yemen. It is owned by the Altar Group, the world's largest provider of adult entertainment services, and houses indentured Inmate Prostitutes who are employed at the Group's establishments in the local area, namely White Silk (five stars), Gazelle (five stars) and Al-Saqifa (four stars). The facility is fully subterranean, and is connected to Casino Qalansiya, Grand Concordia Hotel and the main building of the White Silk Gentlemen's Club by secure passageways. All three locations are accessible on foot, within less than ten minutes.

Completed in September 2019, the facility was previously used for both the custody and training of Inmate Prostitutes. Since the opening of the Women's Vocational Training Center (WVTC) in Thamud, Yemen, in 2025, the facility has been used exclusively for custodial purposes.

"Al-Qadam is the newest of the Altar Women's Dormitories in Yemen. For the girls who are imprisoned here, this is both an advantage and a disadvantage. On the one hand, there is better insulation, there is no rust or mold, and there are no cracks in the walls. On the other hand, it has state-of-the-art technology which ensures that most security features are automated, so escape is not possible, even if you are being helped by a guard."

In addition to housing facilities, the complex also contains recreational amenities for the Inmate Prostitutes. These include common rooms, exercise rooms, an outdoor exercise yard, a mess hall, communal showers, and a commissary.

Daily Routine

Al-Qadam Women's Dormitory observes the following daily schedule:

7.00 am	Free Time	Dormitory	Breakfast is served in the mess hall from 7.30 am to 9.30 am daily. Inmate Prostitutes may visit at their convenience. Inmate Prostitutes are permitted to move freely across all non-restricted areas during this time.
11.30 am	Second Inspection / Report to Work	Assembly Hall	Inmate Prostitutes are expected to be fully groomed and ready to report for work.
12.00 pm	Work	Work Units	During the official work hours of 12.00 noon to 12.00 midnight, Inmate Prostitutes are in the custody of The Kasbah. A light meal or refreshments may be served between 7.00 pm to 8.30 pm in the Holding Room.
12.00 am	Dismissal from Work	Work Units	Inmate Prostitutes who are not booked for the final 11 pm slot may be allowed to return to the Dormitory earlier. Inmate Prostitutes who are booked for overnight service are exempt from Third Inspection and from First Inspection the following morning.
