Within the Minerva Holdings network of companies, an Executive Assistant is an executive-level administrative and personal support professional who is expected to provide the highest standards of white-glove service to her principal, including but not limited to ensuring that his sexual needs are completely satisfied. All Minerva companies apply a strict selection criteria when vetting prospective Executive Assistants, with candidates usually comprising exclusively of attractive single women educated up to at least undergraduate level.

Executive Assistants are assigned to a principal who must be a senior executive with the rank of Vice President or higher. In some cases, middle-management executives who are holding an appointment (or acting appointment) typically occupied by a Vice President may also be eligible for an Executive Assistant. On the other hand, top executives who are supported by a larger personal staff may be assigned multiple Executive Assistants.

While an Executive Assistant serves at the pleasure of her principal and can be assigned a wide range of tasks, she typically functions as the head of her principal's personal staff, which in most cases includes herself and two other Personal Assistants. She may also have managerial and supervisory responsibility over other employees and contractors within her principal's household, including butlers, chauffeurs, chefs, housekeepers, nannies, masseuses, landscapers, handymen, aestheticians and personal trainers, where applicable.

In some cases, an Executive Assistant may also be entrusted by her principal to support him in his professional duties. This may include sitting in during meetings, taking notes, scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements and other administrative duties.

Additionally, an Executive Assistant is responsible for ensuring that her principal's sexual needs are satisfied at all times. Depending on her principal's needs and preferences, she may achieve this by rostering other assistants under her charge to perform sexual services, or by servicing him personally. From time to time, an Executive Assistant may also be required to arrange outside sexual services for her principal, for instance by organizing visits to adult entertainment establishments, engaging Valet services, or by recruiting Consorts or companions.

Although the specifications of an Executive Assistant's job are largely administrative in nature, many Executive Assistants wield outsized influence as a result of their close proximity to their principal, particularly if they have developed a deep personal bond. In some situations, Executive Assistants may enjoy significant advantages in both their career and her personal lives as a result of their access and influence.

While it is not a strict requirement for Executive Assistants to completely forgo all personal romantic or sexual relationships or to remain monogamous to their principals, it is considered highly inappropriate and unprofessional for an Executive Assistant to have sexual relations with other men without her principal's full knowledge and consent. In most Minerva companies, infidelity to one's principal is regarded as a serious disciplinary offense which can result in immediate termination. Principals have varying practices and requirements in regards to their Executive Assistants' personal lives and external relationships.

Requirements

Pre-Requisites

In order to be considered for appointment as an Executive Assistant, a candidate must meet an extensive list of pre-requisites.

  • Age: Candidates must be aged 26 or younger at the time of their application.
  • Education: Candidates must have attained a Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university, with a track record of good academic performance (typically, this means magna cum laude, 2:1 honors or equivalent).
  • Physical Appearance: Candidates must meet the standard physical requirements as set out in the hiring policy of their respective companies. Where a company does not have a specific policy, the Minerva Holdings Policy on Careers for Women generally applies.
  • Language: Candidates must be fluent in English and at least one other language.
  • Experience: Candidates must have at least two years of work experience (including internships and industrial attachments) in any discipline.

Waiver: The Education and Experience components may be waived if a candidate has served at least three years as a Personal Assistant within Minerva Holdings or a portfolio company, with an outstanding track record of job performance. At Skyshroud, a candidate must have served four years as a Personal Assistant in order to qualify under this waiver. In each case, the age limit for candidates applying under a waiver is 27 (at the time of application).

Selection Process

The selection process for Executive Assistants is highly competitive, and consists of multiple rounds.

  • At Skyshroud: Candidates must complete a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview (during which there will be nudity but no sexual contact) and an in-person audition (during which there will be sexual contact). Recruitment is conducted based on an annual cycle by the HQ Women's Careers department, as well as on an ongoing basis by the Manpower Offices of each division. In the case of recruitment at the HQ level, the candidate is expected to audition with at least 2 assessors. In the case of recruitment at the Division level, the candidate will audition directly with the hiring officer.
  • At Bank Saint-Germain: Candidates must complete a phone interview, followed by an in-person audition (during which there will be sexual contact). If necessary, a second in-person audition will be conducted. The Executive Support Office conducts a recruitment cycle twice a year, in January and August. Additionally, individual executives conduct off-cycle recruitment all year round.
  • At Altar Group: Candidates must complete a phone interview, followed by an in-person audition (during which there will be sexual contact). If necessary, a second audition will be conducted. Recruitment is managed by individual executives on an as-needed basis. All successful candidates are required to attend a two-week residential training program prior to starting work.
  • At Minerva Holdings: Candidates must complete a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview (during which there will be nudity but no sexual contact) and an in-person audition (during which there will be sexual contact). If necessary, a second in-person audition will be conducted. The Executive Support Office conducts a recruitment cycle once a year in April. Additionally, individual executives conduct off-cycle recruitment all year round.

Duties

An Executive Assistant is expected to provide white-glove, VIP-level service to her principal, so as to ensure that all of his needs are met, and that his personal and professional affairs are run in an efficient and seamless manner. She is supported by two Personal Assistants, and may delegate certain duties to them at her discretion.

Household and Estate Management

The Executive Assistant is responsible for ensuring that all of her principal's residences are well-maintained at all times. This includes coordinating and supervising the work of contractors including contractors, workmen, groundskeepers, horticulturalists, gardeners, housekeepers, plumbers and electricians, as may be required. This also includes ensuring that all bills are paid, and that any vehicles owned by the principal's estate (including cars, boats and aircraft) are properly serviced and maintained.

When the principal is in residence, the Executive Assistant is responsible for ensuring that his domestic and lifestyle needs are attended to. This includes coordinating and supervising the work of butlers, chefs, nannies, pet-sitters, masseuses, aestheticians, personal trainers, nutritionists, security personnel, pilots and chauffeurs, as may be required. In some cases, the Executive Assistant can take on some of these duties herself, or assign them to the Personal Assistants on her team.

The Executive Assistant is also responsible for fiscal and budgetary matters pertaining to her principal's household.

Healthcare Needs

The Executive Assistant is responsible for maintaining her principal's insurance policies and other healthcare-related plans and services so that he has worldwide coverage at all times. She is also responsible for ensuring that her principal receives his prescriptions as required, and for scheduling follow-up appointments with physicians as necessary.

In cases where the principal is a user of alternative healthcare services, the Executive Assistant is also required to manage and schedule these services accordingly. She may also be required to perform ancillary tasks to ensure that her principal's healthcare goals are met, such as assisting in the preparation of food in accordance with a certain diet, or administering medicines on the instructions of a doctor.

Professional Needs

The Executive Assistant is responsible for overseeing all of her principal's workplace administrative needs, including scheduling, correspondence and travel. In certain cases, she is also trusted by her principal to attend meetings, take notes, perform research, prepare presentations and reports, or otherwise actively participate in his professional agenda.

Sexual Needs

The Executive Assistant is responsible for ensuring her principal's sexual needs are fully satisfied. This includes personally providing him with sexual services as required, and coordinating the provision of sexual services by the Personal Assistants on her team. It is implicitly understood that a principal has free and unconditional sexual access to his Executive Assistant and Personal Assistants as long as they remain in his service.

Where applicable, the Executive Assistant also helps her charges to learn their principal's sexual preferences, and works actively with them to improve and maintain their performance.

In addition, the Executive Assistant may also be responsible for procuring sexual services from other women as may be required. In most cases, this involves hiring and scheduling escorts and other sex workers. However, principals can also entrust their Executive Assistants with more complex duties, such as the establishment of a personal harem.

In cases where the principal is married or in a long-term relationship, the Executive Assistant often has to navigate the intricacies of the relationship to earn the support and endorsement of the principal's wife or primary partner, and practice diplomacy to ensure that she does not feel threatened. An Executive Assistant is unlikely to succeed if her principal's wife or primary partner is hostile or strongly opposed to her presence in the household.

Social and Lifestyle Needs

The Executive Assistant is responsible for maintaining her principal's social calendar. This includes actively reminding him to stay in touch with certain key individuals, and planning or scheduling events for regular occasions (e.g. birthdays, anniversaries, festivals), specific celebrations, or for strategic networking purposes. Besides coordinating the logistics for all such events, the Executive Assistant may also be trusted to provide key input to her principal on the composition of his guest list.
