Gemma Louise Stephanie Melville (born 13 April 2018) is a British administrative support professional and former model who has been employed since 12 June 2041 at the adult entertainment company Akbar Holdings as a private aide and executive liaison to founder and Chairman Ryan Massoud.

Since 1 October 2046, she has served as Chief of Staff to to the Chairman, and is the ranking member within Massoud's private staff. Prior to this, she held the position of Executive Assistant to the Chairman for over 5 years.

Melville has spent her entire career in the service of Massoud, and is known to be an extremely trusted confidante. In addition to managing his business schedule, travel logistics and correspondence, she also oversees the regular operations of Ryan Massoud's private harem, the House of Massoud. This includes regularly staffing the harem with new consorts and servants, and assigning existing consorts to service Massoud every evening.

It has been reported that among Melville's duties are the procurement of two virgins to join the House of Massoud every year.

Melville is the first white American woman to be appointed by Hamad as his principal private aide. All previous holders of this position were women from wealthy and influential families with Muslim backgrounds. She has admitted that she has frequently experienced prejudice and "casual racism" in her work.

"There are people who think that, because I am a kuffar, I must be lazy, incompetent or morally corrupt. They are surprised that Mr. Massoud trusts me so much. This mostly comes down to ignorance, and it makes me even more motivated to work hard and prove myself."

From 2037 to 2040, Melville was a signed model represented by the agency Starlet Models. She has featured in the pages of publications such as Vogue, Cosmopolitan and GQ, and also appeared in photoshoots for fashion brands Louis Vuitton, Coach, Abercrombie & Fitch and Fossil. She graduated from Bristol University with a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2039, but had already decided "well beforehand" that she was not interested in pursuing a legal career.

Personal Positions

No Panties Policy

In October 2046, when Melville was appointed as Massoud's chief of staff, her first order of business was to institute a no-panties policy among Massoud's private aides. This was something she had "long wanted to do", and even prior to her promotion, her co-workers had observed that she would "get annoyed with anyone who was wearing panties in the presence of Mr. Massoud".

Hayley Jarrett, who served as a private aide to Massoud from 2043 to 2046, recalls:

"Gemma felt very strongly about this, and she would say it to us in private. When you're in the presence of the man who pays you, you have to make sure your pussy is easily accessible at any time. He shouldn't have to do any extra work, fumbling around to remove your underwear. For her, this is a matter of basic courtesy."

Melville allowed exceptions for situations where private aides were wearing matching lingerie or one-piece bodysuits that were specifically chosen for aesthetic purposes. Even so, she strongly encouraged the use of crotchless panties.

According to sources, Melville enforced this policy strictly in the first weeks of her tenure - instructing her staff to remove their panties on the spot whenever she caught them violating policy.
