This person is a member of the Jinjiang Household and the Hung Hom Triad
Wan Lok-Yee (Traditional Chinese: 溫樂兒, born 6 September 1999), more commonly known as Jillian Wan or Sister Yee (Traditional Chinese: 兒姊), is a Hong Kong socialite, entrepreneur and underworld figure originally from Malaysia. She is believed to be a senior member of the Hung Hom Triad, an international organized crime syndicate involved in various illegal activities, ranging from drug smuggling to kidnapping and human trafficking. As a result of her alleged involvement in illicit businesses, she has been given the nickname Infernal Princess (無間公主) by the Hong Kong media.
Wan is the primary consort of prominent Hong Kong banker and alleged triad boss Chan Hon Wah. In 2023, she played a key role in helping to establish the Jinjiang Household, Chan's private harem. She continues to be actively involved in the affairs of the harem, particularly in the selection of new consorts.
"Jillian Wan is a brilliant businesswoman who has played a significant role in the modernization of the Hong Kong Triads. She speaks the language of lawyers, bankers and asset managers with fancy degrees - yet she is firmly rooted in the traditional ways of the Hung Hom Triad. There is no doubt that she is immensely respected by the rank and file members."

Born into a prominent business family, Wan began her career as an associate at KPMG's consulting arm, with a focus on the banking sector. However, during this time, she was also actively involved in the underground gambling scene as a hostess and organizer of high-stakes poker games. She became acquainted with Chan Hon Wah in 2020 or 2021 as a result of attending private poker games in which he was a player. She is believed to have become involved in many of Chan's illicit business ventures soon after, ranging from illegal online casinos to loansharking and prostitution.
In 2028, Wan invested in Club Odessa, a private gentlemen's club in Hong Kong which employs prostitutes from Ukraine. She described this as a "social responsibility project" and urged her social media followers to visit the establishment in order to help Ukrainian women recover financially from the devastation of the Russia-Ukraine war.
In 2030, Wan became an investor in Starlight Onsen, a Yoshiwara-style soapland establishment with branches in Tokyo and Sapporo catering primarily to Chinese clients. Between 2030 to 2034, she also invested in fuzoku.com, an online booking platform for prostitutes in Japan, and Amethyst Models, an international Valet service offering high-end travel companionship.
In 2032, Wan was appointed as an advisor to Lucky88.com, an online casino and sportsbook based in the Philippines, but with a primarily Chinese clientele, with a reported annual salary of $2.5 million. In 2033, she was chosen to host the 4th season of Poker Gods, a high-stakes poker show with over 1 million global viewers.
