HH Sheikha Safiya Mahrous Ibrahim (Arabic: صفية محروس إبراهيم, born 2 November 2003) is an Egyptian-born member of the Yemeni royal family by virtue of her marriage to Sheikh Musa Mokhtar al-Ansari, the brother of Emir Ayyub Fahad al-Ansari. She has held the title of Baroness of Al-Jarrahi since 20 March 2025, and was appointed to the position of Royal Secretary to the Al-Masahib Royal Harem on 5 January 2030.
Sheikha Safiya married Sheikh Musa in November 2025. At the time of the marriage, she was his fourth wife. However, following Sheikh Musa's divorce with his second wife Farida al-Mokhtar in February 2028, Sheikha Safiya's seniority was elevated, and she became recognized as his third wife.

Sheika Safiya was born into an wealthy and influential family in Cairo, Egypt. Her father, Boutrous Ibrahim, served as a diplomat in the Egyptian foreign service. He served in a number of senior positions, including Ambassador to South Africa (2006 - 2009), Ambassador to Turkey (2009 - 2012), Ambassador to the United Kingdom (2012 - 2018).
As a result, Safiya lived in many different countries as a child and adolescent, and received her education at international schools. She continued to live in the London following the end of her father's posting, and completed her A Levels at the Dwight School. Thereafter, she read history at Clare College, Cambridge, and graduated with first class honors in 2024. Prior to her marriage to Sheikh Musa, she worked briefly as an English-Arabic interpreter for the Supreme Court of England and Wales.
Safiya's marriage to Sheikh Musa was pre-arranged by her father, and had originally been planned for February 2025. However, it was delayed due to the widespread political instability immediately following the declaration of the Emirate of Yemen. As a result of being raised in a strict and conservative family, she remained a virgin until the day of her marriage.
As the Royal Secretary to Sheikh Musa's private harem, Sheikha Safiya's role is to oversee the work of the Chamberlain and the management team. In February 2033, she arranged for renowned dominatrix Diane Reschke to be retained as a consultant by the harem, and worked closely with Reschke to "introduce modern best practices while still retaining certain key aspects of local tradition".
In addition to her official duties, Sheikha Safiya is also informally involved in many of her husband's business dealings, particularly those involving Western corporations.
