The Taipa Women's Dormitory (Traditional Chinese: 氹仔女子宿舍) is a private custodial facility located in the Taipa district of Macau. It is owned by the Altar Group, the world's largest provider of adult entertainment services, and exclusively houses indentured Inmate Prostitutes who are employed at the five-star property Velvet Sauna. It occupies the B4 basement floor of the Altira Casino and Hotel, and has a floor area of 13,000 sq ft. It is connected to Velvet Sauna by a direct service elevator.

Completed in July 2029, the facility is the newest within Altar's global network of women's dormitories, and is equipped with modern security features, including some that are powered by artificial intelligence, which greatly reduces the workload of custodial staff. Due to extreme space constraints in Macau, the facility has the smallest cells amongst all Altar women's dormitories - the size of a standard dual-occupancy cell is only 48 sq ft. Amenities for Inmate Prostitutes include three common rooms, a multimedia room, a gym, an exercise studio, a reading room, a communal shower area, and a commissary. However, there is no outdoor recreation yard.

"We only accept girls who have a proven track record of good behavior in other facilities, so we generally don't have issues with discipline. We trust them to be responsible. At the end of the day, they know that they are privileged to even be with us, and if they give us problems, they can be sent back to the Middle East."

Taipa Women's Dormitory is considered one of the most relaxed dormitories within Altar's global network. Inmate Prostitutes are given a wide array of freedoms and privileges, and are trusted with various responsibilities including self-policing.

Daily Routine

Regular Daily Schedule

Taipa Women's Dormitory observes the following daily schedule:

3.00 am	Dismissal from Work	Work Units	Inmate Prostitutes who are not booked for the final 2.00 am slot may be allowed to return to the Dormitory earlier. Inmate Prostitutes who are booked for overnight service are exempt from Third Inspection and from First Inspection the following morning.

Regimentation and Discipline

Although Taipa Women's Dormitory is classified as a minimum-security facility, it nevertheless maintains a regimentation and discipline framework with the intent of ensuring that Inmate Prostitutes are fully focused on their work and careers without any distractions. These rules are enforced by Superintendent and his custodial staff.

Sexual Access and Sexual Service Requirements

Inmate Prostitutes do not have the right of consent to sexual interaction with any other person. They are bound by the sexual access requirement, which stipulates that an Inmate Prostitute must promptly allow and facilitate sexual access to her body whenever demanded, as well as the sexual service requirement, which stipulates that an Inmate Prostitute is required to immediately comply with any instruction to provide sexual service.

Inmate Prostitutes are also required to put in their best effort every time they are required to provide sexual service, failing which they can be charged with malingering.

Attire and Presentation

Attire Regulations

Taipa Women's Dormitory allows Inmate Prostitutes to own and wear clothing as long as the standard sexual access and sexual service requirements are adhered to. This means that every Inmate Prostitute's pussy should be clearly visible and accessible at all times. As such, bottom coverings of any kind are not permitted under any circumstances. Each Inmate Prostitute is issued one white top during in-processing.

Inmate Prostitutes are not permitted to wear clothing during inspections, when inside an administrative office, or during private audiences with senior offers. Additionally, staff members have the authority to instruct an Inmate Prostitute to remove her clothing at any time.

Clothing must be purchased from the commissary using Amanat funds. Approved clothing items include white tank tops, sleeveless tops and T-shirts, with prices ranging from HK$450 ($57.90) to HK$520 ($66.90). All tops must end at least 4 inches above the navel. Inmate Prostitutes with the rank of Senior Attendant are permitted to wear either the standard tops or their black stockings and high heels, but not both at the same time.
