Diane Constanze Alexandra Reschke, PhD (born 13 December 1996) is a German sexologist, educator, author and professional dominatrix who is the founder and current Chief Instructor of the Reschke Academy for Women in Berlin.

Reschke is known for being an expert in the training of service submissives and personal staff on behalf of wealthy households. From 2029 to 2032, she was also a consultant to Altar Group, the world's largest adult entertainment company. She has also consulted for a number of harems and personal households belonging to prominent ultra high net worth individuals including Sheikh Musa Mokhtar al-Ansari of Yemen, Prince Muhammad Aiman of Brunei, Vice President Hamza Okieh of Djibouti, Chan Hon Wah, Chairman of Nanyang Commercial Bank, and Diego Toscano Moya, Chairman of Banque Saint-Germain. Her involvement in the most intimate aspects of her clients' lives have given her unique access and influence internationally, and in 2033, she was ranked 238th in the Forbes List of Most Influential Women.

Reschke was a member of the House of Juno, the private harem of billionaire industrialist Julian Kao, from 2017 to 2021. She was part of the first cohort of 12 consorts to be admitted to the harem. She credits Kao for her early education and training in the D/s lifestyle, and has stated that her experiences in the House of Juno have influenced her approach to her work.

Reschke is a strong advocate of orgasm discipline, and identifies as an orgasm hardliner. In her book The Beauty of Discipline, she argues that the female orgasm has "no biological or evolutionary purpose", and as such, is an "exercise in vanity and self-indulgence." She believes that women should not be permitted to orgasm under any circumstances. Much of her training philosophy involves training women to disregard their own pursuit of pleasure, and to instead focus on their "duty and responsibility" to please their male partners.

Additionally, Reschke is also an advanced practitioner of shibari, and has stated that it is "one of the best ways to cultivate a focused and disciplined mind".

Career

House of Juno (2017 - 2021)

Reschke was a member of the House of Juno, the private harem of billionaire American industrialist Julian Kao, from 8 November 2017 to 14 December 2021.

She was part of the first cohort of 12 Consorts to serve in the harem. At the time of her admission, she was a month shy of her 21st birthday. As per the standard policy of the House of Juno, she "aged out" upon turning 25.

According to Carmen Messina, the Chief of Staff of the Household Office of Palatine Management LLC, Reschke was "dedicated, industrious, and took her duties very seriously".

During her time in the House of Juno, Reschke completed a Bachelor of Science degree at New York University, double-majoring in psychology and evolutionary ecology and graduating summa cum laude. Her fellow Consort, Kelsey Shulik, has described her as "having a natural passion for understanding the science behind human sexual behaviors". During this time, she expressed a strong interest in learning more about the psychology of dominance and submission, and "aspired to create a blueprint for the ideal submissive woman".

In September 2020, the Household Office arranged for Reschke to receive two weekends of private instruction from renowned Grand Mistress Celina Kroes. She credits Kroes with "helping [her] gain full clarity of [her] identity", and would later become Kroes' apprentice and assistant trainer.

Reschke regards her time in the House of Juno as being "formative" in terms of shaping her views on gender roles in society. She shares:

"For the first time, I experienced what it meant to be protected and provided for by a strong man. The girls wanted for nothing. Our college tuition was paid for. We lived in luxurious apartments. We had staff available to us 24/7. And then I realized that this was precisely how we are genetically wired to live.

In caveman times, a man was strong if he could hunt and gather. Women would gravitate towards him, and want to mate with him, because his strength meant that they had a better chance of survival. In modern times, strength and power mean different things - but the fundamental concepts are still the same. When we socially condition women to be masculine, we end up with a generation of beta males who think it is okay to mooch off the women."

Since leaving the House of Juno, Reschke has been an active member of its alumni. She was hired as a consultant to advise on the expansion of the harem from 24 to 36 Consorts in 2033.

Breast Augmentation (2021)

Shortly after leaving the House of Juno, Reschke underwent breast augmentation surgery in Istanbul, Turkey. As a result of the surgery, her cup size increased from B to D.

At the time, she told friends that she had long wanted to enlarge her breasts, but did not raise the subject while serving as a Consort to Kao because she knew that he had a preference for natural breasts. She did not want to burden Kao with a financial expense for "something he wouldn't even enjoy", and as such, she began to save money so as to pay for the surgery on her own.

According to fellow Consort Kelsey Shulik:

"Diane knew that [Kao] had a strong preference for natural breasts, so she didn't even want to broach the topic with him. Of course, the Household Office would have paid for a boob job, but she felt awkward about asking - because she thought that it made no sense for him to pay for something he wouldn't even enjoy. I think that alone was proof of her devotion and integrity".

Following her surgery, there was a recovery period of approximately four weeks. Following this, she departed the United States and moved to the United Kingdom to pursue postgraduate studies in evolutionary ecology at King's College London.

Training Under Celina Kroes (2022 - 2024)

Professional Dominatrix Certifications

Following her move to London, Reschke sought out Celina Kroes, who had recently established the Celina Kroes Institute (CKI) in Amsterdam. She told Kroes that, having left the House of Juno, she would like to explore beyond being a service submissive, and was specifically interested in receiving training as a professional dominatrix.

Under Kroes' tutelage, she learnt to master advanced self-conditioning techniques, so that she could use these same techniques to effectively condition future trainees.

"I spent many hours being bound or restrained in painful stress positions, so that I could learn to ignore my own discomfort and focus solely on being aesthetically pleasing. Celina explained to me that I had to experience being deep in that mental space myself, so that I could bring my future trainees there."

In January 2023, after logging 180 training hours at CKI, Reschke completed the Scarlet Society's Professional Dominatrix Level I certification. She completed the Level II certification in April 2024.

Apprenticeship and Work as Associate Trainer

Between October 2022 to March 2023, Reschke completed a six-month professional apprenticeship under Kroes at CKI. Thereafter, she was employed part-time as an associate trainer while still a PhD candidate in London until November 2024.

In her role as an associate trainer, Reschke accompanied Kroes during training sessions, and helped to clean, assemble and maintain her equipment. As a result, she became highly adept at using a number of mechanical training tools, thus relying heavily on certain devices such as fucking machines and Sybian machines when she later developed her own training pedagogy. Additionally, she was also frequently required to assist in demonstrating the correct posture, presentation and form to the trainees.

In July 2024, Reschke assisted Kroes in consulting for the household of Hong Kong billionaire Chan Hon Wah, the founder of Nanyang Commercial Bank, on how to improve the quality and professionalism of his private harem. The pair worked together to introduce more stringent recruitment, onboarding and training standards based on Chan's individual preferences.

In September 2024, Reschke assisted Kroes in consulting for the Palmyra Club, a private gentlemen's club based in Muscat, Oman, owned by the Altar Group. This was her first experience working with indentured Inmate Prostitutes, and left her "impressed by the massive opportunities" within the growing indenture finance industry.

Establishment of Reschke Academy (2025)

In January 2025, Reschke officially established the Reschke Academy for Women. She incorporated a British Virgin Islands company, Reschke Academy Limited, and leased a 1,400 sq ft training studio and office in Berlin. In February, Reschke Academy became a certified affiliate instructor of the Global Scarlet Society (GSS).

In addition to the standard complement of GSS certification programs, the Reschke Academy also launched an intensive 12-day residential Service Submissive Course. The Service Submissive Course is run once a year in April, but additional courses are scheduled on-demand for groups of 2 to 12 trainees. The course fee is €28,500 per trainee. Over the years, it has become the Reschke Academy's signature program, and has been used by private ultra-high net worth households to train consorts and personal staff. It has also been used by luxury adult entertainment providers to train its high-potential employees. Most notably, Banque Saint-Germain has been sending its high-potential Bank Valets to the course on an annual basis since 2030.

The Reschke Academy practices a strict disciplinary regime and has developed its own proprietary training doctrine. Amongst other things, it frequently emphasizes that trainees have a responsibility to ensure a "desirable presentation". In practice, this includes elements such as diet, exercise, deportment, grooming and attire. For instance, trainees who have been found to have shaving stubble anywhere on their bodies have been asked to withdraw from training to groom themselves.

Consulting for the Miramonte Family Office (2026 - 2027)

In October 2026, Reschke was retained by the Miramonte Family Office, the single-family office of banking magnate Diego Toscano Moya, to advise on the training of consorts at Galería Cataleya, Toscano Moya's private harem. Specifically, Toscano Moya was dissatisfied that his consorts seemed to have "too much idle time", as each of them was only required to service him once or twice a month on average. He wanted the Galería Cataleya staff to find more ways for consorts to be utilized.

Reschke shares:

"Mr Toscano Moya had 24 consorts, and I was told he was unhappy about the amount of idle time that the girls had on their hands. He is very particular about visual beauty, so we thought that we could train the girls to adopt aesthetically pleasing positions, and display them at various locations within his haciendas."

As such, Reschke focused on repurposing the consorts into "exhibition showpieces", utilizing shibari as her primary modality to train them to assume uncomfortable positions for extended periods of time. Thereafter, Toscano Moya made sure to travel with an entourage of at least 8 consorts on trips to his various haciendas so that they could be deployed for ornamental and decorative purposes.

Consulting Role at Altar Group (2028 - 2032)

On 11 February 2028, Reschke was appointed as a special consultant to the Altar Group, the world's largest adult entertainment company. She was hired by Mustafa Bilal, the Group's Senior Vice President for Quality Assurance, to improve its training doctrine for Inmate Prostitutes across its 244 locations around the world. She was paid a monthly retainer of $100,000 per month.

She admitted that, initially, she was sympathetic to the plight of Inmate Prostitutes who lived in "squalid conditions" within Altar's Women's Dormitories, however, she later understood that it was necessary for them to live in an environment which "continually reinforces their status".

"Yes, some of the custodial practices are humiliating and degrading. But this is not any different to how we train our own submissives back at [the Reschke Academy]. It is important to use the trainees' environment to reinforce their status as servants. Humiliation is part and parcel of an Inmate Prostitute's life, and the sooner they fully embrace this, the more successful they will be in their careers."

While her main role was to advise on overall Group policy, Reschke also worked closely with individual Curators to develop best practices at their respective clubs. She believed it was necessary to consider the "unique local and cultural factors" at a number of specific clubs.

For instance, in March 2030, The Kasbah, an five-star Altar property in Saudi Arabia, introduced a policy which required all Attendants to proactively ask customers if they would like to start with anal service. This was done at the suggestion of Reschke.

Also, in June 2030, in response to complaints that certain Inmate Prostitutes at the Ambapanda Women's Dormitory in Mumbai, India were being granted privileges by staff members who were "playing favorites", Reschke recommended that the entire custodial staff be replaced, and that new policies should be introduced to completely prohibit Inmate Prostitutes across all categories from having any personal possessions, clothing, or footwear. She stated that these "harsh measures" were necessary in order to "inculcate a culture of obedience and submission".

In May 2032, the Altar management issued a new group-wide policy prohibiting Inmate Prostitutes from having orgasms "under any circumstances". This policy was introduced at Reschke's recommendation. According to the policy, staff members were expressly prohibited from instructing Inmate Prostitutes to orgasm, with strict penalties for those who were caught doing so. Instead, Inmate Prostitutes could be rewarded for good behavior by being granted permission to masturbate themselves or each other, but not to orgasm.

Reschke explained that the rationale for this policy was to "condition the [Inmate Prostitutes'] bodies into adjusting their pleasure templates, to find contentment in arousal rather than release." In addition, she stated that keeping Inmate Prostitutes in a state of "constant sexual frustration" would lead to them providing better service to customers.

Grand Mistress (2030)

On 23 February 2030, Reschke was officially recognized as a Grand Mistress by the Global Scarlet Society, with endorsement from the International Council of Professional Dominatrices. As a result of her new title, she was permitted to wear a gold collar. At the time of her appointment, there were only 6 other dominatrices in the world with the rank of Grand Mistress.

She stated:

"It is a tremendous honor to receive the highest possible level of professional recognition in this field of work. This gold collar isn't just a trophy or a vanity accessory. It comes with responsibilities. When I wear it, I will be more motivated than ever to embody the values of our profession - and remember that service lies at the heart of all that we do."

In April 2030, Reschke took on two apprentices, Justine Ravalli and Olivia Kendrick, both of whom went on to become senior instructors at the Reschke Academy. In June 2031, Reschke took on Mira Vucinic as an apprentice. Vucinic was later hired by the personal household of Prince Muhammed Aiman of Brunei as discipline mistress.

Consulting for the Al-Masahib Royal Harem (2033)

From February to April 2033, Reschke was retained by the Al-Masahib Royal Harem, the private harem of Sheikh Musa Mohktar al-Ansari of Yemen, a brother of Emir Ayyub Fahad al-Ansari.

She relates:

"This was by far my most challenging project not only because of the sheer size of the harem, but also because it required a deep understanding of a different culture. Because Sheikh Musa is a member of the royal family, it is necessary for his servants to show an appropriate level of deference while still giving him pleasure. For instance, I had to train the girls to kiss and lick his feet even when they were being fucked - as expected, this turned out to be something the Sheikh really enjoyed."

In addition to personally training Sheikh Musa's 16 consorts and more than 100 jariyat, she also trained Zahra Fayek and Blair Morrison, both former consorts of the Al-Masahib Royal Harem, to assume management and disciplinarian roles within the harem. On 1 May 2033, Fayek was appointed Chamberlain and Morrison was appointed Assistant Chamberlain.

Personal Positions

Gender Roles

Reschke believes that the central purpose of a woman's life should be to be of service to men. In her book The Beauty of Discipline, she classifies women into three categories, "private", "semi-private" and "public", with each category fulfilling a different social role. While the specific parameters of each role can be varied, women in general have a few basic "responsibilities".

Being Desirable: All women have a responsibility to ensure that they are desirable to the man or men they serve. In order to do so, they must focus on the four priorities of diet, exercise, grooming and presentation. In The Beauty of Discipline, Reschke states that "there is no such thing as an ugly woman, only a lazy woman".
Being Available: Women should be available to serve the needs of their man or men whenever required. In addition, they should communicate their availability so as to provide reassurance that they are ready to serve. For example, by sending suggestive photos or texts regularly. Reschke writes that "it is your duty to make him want to fuck you".
Developing Skills and Technique: Women should constantly work on improving their sexual skills and technique so as to ensure that they are able to provide the man or men they serve with a pleasant service experience each time. In particular, "private women" who serve high-status men should be aware that "simply looking pretty and spreading your legs isn't enough". Reschke states that when a man requires service from a woman, he is trusting her with his pleasure, and as such, she should be careful not to betray this trust.

Female Orgasms

Reschke identifies as an orgasm hardliner. She believes that women should not be allowed to have orgasms under any circumstances. This belief is based on the idea that the female orgasm serves "no biological or evolutionary purpose" and "plays no role in procreation". As such, women who seek to have orgasms are "selfish, wanton and self-indulgent". On the other hand, she believes that development of good orgasm discipline is the "mark of a civilized, desirable lady".

In The Beauty of Discipline, she writes:

"When you have finally succeeded in conditioning your body not to focus on selfishly seeking pleasure, you will be able to concentrate fully on your duties, which are to give pleasure to your man. There should not be anything else on your mind.

It is not easy to achieve this, because the urge to indulge is hard-wired into us - but if you are truly determined, you can fight it. If this puts you in a state of constant sexual frustration, that's not a bad thing - it will make you more amorous and more enthusiastic the next time you get to serve him."

Orgasm discipline features prominently in all of Reschke's training programs. In her residential courses, trainees are intentionally fed an aphrodisiac diet to increase their urge for sexual release.

During Reschke's training sessions, trainees are required to work with vibrators, dildos, fucking machines and Sybian machines, sometimes with restraints, in order to bring them to the edge of orgasm. Additionally, trainees are also required to work in pairs or groups, to stimulate each other to the edge of orgasm so as to build and strengthen resistance.

Reschke claims that the date of her last orgasm was 13 December 2021, her 25th birthday.

"I remember it vividly. It still gives me goosebumps. I was in the House of Juno, and it was my 25th birthday. I was about to age out. As a farewell and birthday gift, my Patron (Julian Kao) allowed me to cum for him. That was the last time I had an orgasm. Has it been difficult to keep my urges suppressed for 13 years? Of course - but whenever temptation creeps in, I remind myself that I have to walk the talk. I have to set an example for my trainees. My whole reputation depends on this."

On the 10th anniversary of her last orgasm, Reschke's former Patron and Master, Julian Kao and his wife Jessica Stroud, a former trainee of Reschke's, hosted a private party in her honor.
