Flávia Paula Caroline Arósio Eller, PhD (born 8 January 1999) is a Brazilian entrepreneur and sociaite. She founded Fortaleza Aesthetics Group, an operator of cosmetology and aesthetics headquartered in Nusantara, Indonesia, and has served as its CEO since 11 February 2029. As of December 2034, Fortaleza Aesthetics has 41 clinics across 11 countries, namely Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar and Kuwait.
Under Eller's stewardship, Fortaleza Aesthetics was listed on the Riyadh Stock Exchange in March 2032. In 2034, the company reported pre-tax earnings of $63.3 million, and as of 31 December, its market capitalization was $544.3 million. She was named by Utama magazine as one of the top 50 female entrepreneurs in Indonesia in 2033 and 2034.
Eller is also an adjunct associate professor of business at Trisakti University in Jakarta and De La Salle University in Manila. In addition, she has served as a member of the board of directors of the Lombok Development Corporation since February 2033.
Eller was formerly a member of the House of Juno, the private harem of billionaire industrialist Julian Kao, from 2017 to 2024. She was one of the first 12 Consorts to be admitted to the harem at the time of its inauguration in November 2017. During her time in the House of Juno, she resided at Palatine Hill, the Kao family's estate in Belle Haven, Connecticut. Her studies at Hunter College and New York University were sponsored by Kao's family office.
