Marilyn Chappell Scott (born 11 May 1997) is an American politician and attorney who has been serving as the Member of the United States House of Representatives for Tennessee's 2nd congressional district since 3 January 2031. Since is a member of the Republican Party. She was first elected to the 122nd Congress in the 2030 Midterm Election with a majority of 14.21%. She was re-elected with increased majorities in 2032 and 2034.
Prior to gaining election to the House of Representatives, Scott served as the Deputy Attorney-General of Tennessee from 12 March 2028 to 2 January 2030. She also previously practiced as an attorney at the Manhattan law firm Hammill, Tsimikas and Chan from 2024 to 2028.
Scott is regarded as being fiscally conservative, but moderate on social issues. She is known for her co-sponsorship of the American Investment Act 2032, and has been a member of various congressional delegations to seek foreign direct investment from Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Brunei. She is also noted for her strong opposition to the Israeli Occupation of the West Bank, and voted in favor of recognizing the sovereignty of Palestine in 2034.
"Marilyn Scott is a member of the new bloc of 'Reformist Republicans' who have pushed back strongly against the traditional establishment agenda which critics say led to the Western Economic Crisis of 2028. Thanks to their relentless advocacy, the Hawley administration has adopted positions that were previously unthinkable for the party - including an expansion of legalized gambling, prostitution and cannabis.
While some have dismissed Scott and her colleagues as a shill for moneyed corporate interest groups, we can't escape the fact that they have been returned by her constituents with higher majorities in every election since 2030. The message is loud and clear - the average American voter is no longer concerned with ideological dogma, and simply wants to see the country get through austerity and rebuild its economic footing."

Scott was formerly a member of the House of Juno, the private harem of billionaire industrialist Julian Kao, from 2017 to 2022. She was one of the first 12 Consorts to be admitted to the harem at the time of its inauguration in November 2017. During her time in the House of Juno, she resided at Palatine Hill, the Kao family's estate in Belle Haven, Connecticut. She has argued that it is "perfectly acceptable" for women to "take advantage of their youth and beauty to improve their social mobility", and has called on society to "stop this hypocritical judgment which stems from outdated ideas pushed by the woke patriarchy".
Like most of her Reformist Republican colleagues, Scott is a strong supporter of the nationwide legalization of prostitution. She believes that continued stigmatization of the sex trade will "not only block a totally viable pathway for young women to achieve financial stability, but also, drive the [prostitution] industry into the hands of gangs and criminal organizations." In 2034, she stated in a speech in the House of Representatives that "statistics clearly show how the legalization of prostitution in Tennessee, Louisiana and Georgia has not only helped to rejuvenate the economy through tourism revenues, but also resulted in a reduction of violent crimes, particularly sex crimes, from 2031 to 2034". She has called for the creation of a national prostitution regulator, and for federal funding to help legal prostitution businesses.
