This person is an Executive Assistant to a member of the Minerva Holdings Executive Team

Melanie Justine Sara Allard (born 6 March 2001) is a Swiss corporate administrative support professional who has been employed since 17 January 2025 at the global investment and asset management company Minerva Holdings as an aide to founder, Chairman and former CEO Julian Kao. She has been Kao's Chief of Staff since 7 June 2029, initially during his tenure as CEO, and later remained in this role when he transitioned into the role of Chairman.

Allard is one of Kao's most trusted aides and confidantes. She has been described as the "Kao Whisperer" by some within the asset management community, an allusion to her outsized influence that she has over his decision-making processes.
