Sydney Alexandra Yeutter (born 7 May 2000) is an American political operative who has been serving as the White House Director of Communications to President Josh Hawley since 20 January 2033. She is a member of the Republican Party and was the Head of Communications during for Hawley's successful 2032 election campaign.

Prior to this, she was a political lobbyist at consulting firm Paragon Group from 2028 to 2032, during which she advocated for a variety of causes including deregulation of financial services, private military contracts, private prisons, federalized land zoning, and the adoption of solar power, and played a key role in the passage of the Reforming Economic Spending to Overcome Reckless Expenditure (RESTORE) Act in 2031.

Before joining Paragon Group, Yeutter worked as a legislative assistant to Senator Conrad Jackson (R-GA) from 2026 to 2028, and is noted for being one of three staff members who urged Jackson to vote in favor of the third impeachment of Donald Trump in 2028.

"My generation grew up being told that America was the richest country in the world. Yet, we lived through the Western Economic Crisis and the Great Southern Famine.

Yeutter is known to have very close ties to Minerva Holdings founder Julian Kao. From 2020 to 2025, she was a Consort in Kao's private harem, the House of Juno, and resided on his Palatine Hill estate in Belle Haven, Connecticut. Her undergraduate education at Georgetown University was paid for by Kao's Household Office.

While working at the Paragon Group, Yeutter's clients included Minerva Holdings, Sapphire Construction, Banque Saint-Germain, Skyshroud and Yavapai Solar, all of which are associated with Kao. Her husband, Kenneth Urban, is currently a Portfolio Manager at Minerva Holdings, and her father, David Yeutter, is a retired United States Army general and former senior executive of Skyshroud.

Critics of Yeutter have alleged that she is part of a "shadowy cabal of operatives" who work for powerful special interests, and who determine the agenda of the Hawley Administration. At a press conference in 2033, she dismissed these suggestions as so ridiculous that they do not warrant a response. When pressed by a reporter for "candor and transparency", she replied: "Would you also like me to comment with candor and transparency on the rumor that our sewers are infested with rabid zombies waiting to bring about the apocalypse?" As a result of this quip, Yeutter's popularity ratings skyrocketed on social media, with clips of the segment being shared more than 15 million times within a week.

In 2034, Yeutter said during a private gathering that she strongly supports polygamy, and that she would like her husband to have his own harem of "pretty young playthings".

House of Juno

Application and Admission (2020)

Sydney Yeutter first applied to join the House of Juno with the encouragement of her father, David Yeutter, in September 2019, during her freshman year at Georgetown University. However, there were no vacancies at the time. A year later, in August 2020, she received a notification stating that the House of Juno would be expanding and adding 6 new Consorts to its ranks. The audition process was being managed very discreetly because of the COVID-19 lockdowns that summer.

Over the weekend of 25 to 27 September, Yeutter traveled to Belle Haven, Connecticut for an audition as one of 21 shortlisted candidates who had been selected following a round of over 120 preliminary interviews, conducted remotely via videoconferencing. At the end of the weekend, she was informed that she had been chosen as one of 10 finalists who would return for a second round.

Over the weekend of 17 to 19 October, Yeutter and the other finalists were flown to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where they boarded Kao's superyacht Fitzrovia. According to former Consort Kelsey Shulik, Kao engaged in a long conversation with Yeutter about alternative systems of government, and was "highly impressed" by Yeutter's intelligence and "curiosity about the world".

On 19 October, Yeutter was informed that her application had been successful, and that she would be formally admitted into the House of Juno on 20 November alongside Christine Julliard, Kasia Wojtkowski, Olivia Kendrick, Amie Bonham and Mila Glazastova. She was invited to move in to the Palatine Hill estate on 13 November.

Adjusting to Harem Life (2020 - 2021)

Yeutter's introverted personality and conservative upbringing initially led to a degree of awkwardness around the other girls in the harem, particularly when required to engage in sexual activity in the presence of a group.

She recalls:

"Growing up in a military family, I was used to being in a conservative environment. We never talked about sex. When my dad first told me about being in a harem, I assumed that I would be put on some kind of rotation of girls to spend the night with [Mr. Kao] individually. I had no idea that there would be group activities, or that the girls would be so openly sexual even outside of their bedroom duties

However, Yeutter quickly became a favorite of Chief of Staff Carmen Messina, who appreciated that she was "diligent and always looking to do her job well". In her early months as a Consort, Messina took her under her wing and became her personal mentor. Yeutter credits Messina for helping her "experience a deep sexual awakening".

She reflects:

"When Carmen saw that I was a bit shy in my first weeks in the harem, she pulled me aside and said: 'You have a beautiful body. You should be proud, not embarrassed. If that were not true, do you think you would've been chosen out of over 100 other stunning women?'
That was a very empowering thought. I was very much used to being a 'hot girl', in the sense that guys in my high school or college would hit on me daily. But this was different. I had been specifically chosen to be with one of the wealthiest men in the world."

Over the course of 2021, Yeutter was also introduced to the psychology of dominance and submission by Kao. As he had been practicing the D/s lifestyle for over 10 years by then, Kao had undertaken very deep and thoughtful study on the subject. This greatly impressed Yeutter, and she quickly became "absolutely mesmerized by the workings of his mind". In private conversations, she has remarked that Kao "has a ridiculous level of mental discipline and self-control", as evidenced by the fact that he is capable of having "deep, insightful conversations for three or four hours without losing focus, all while his cock is getting stroked by a beautiful young woman."
