Ashley Claire Nicole Alderman (born 10 December 1999) is an American entrepreneur, socialite and former actress. She is currently the co-owner of fitness and wellness group Equinox, and was appointed as the company's Chief Operating Officer on 15 January 2032. She had a successful television acting career between 2022 - 2027, and is best known for her portrayals of Elizabeth Holmes in the HBO series Blood, Sweat and Tears (2026 - 2027) and Katie Clemson in the Netflix series White Rabbit (2022 - 2024).
Alderman has been a certified Pilates instructor since 2019, and has stated that her practice of Pilates has been her "cheat code" in business.
From 2017 to 2024, Alderman was a member of the House of Juno, the private harem of billionaire industrialist Julian Kao. She was one of the first 12 Consorts to be admitted to the House of Juno at the time of its inauguration in November 2017. During her time in the harem, she resided at Palatine Hill, the Kao family's estate in Belle Haven, Connecticut.
