Christine Frances Julliard (born 16 July 2000), is a Canadian professional poker player and media personality. She has won 2 World Series of Poker bracelets and 1 World Poker Tour title. As of December 2034, her lifetime tournament winnings stand at $2,244,391. While she is a decorated tournament player, she has described herself as "more of a cash game player", and has been featured playing $25/50 to $200/400 No-Limit Texas Hold'em on livestreamed poker shows including Hustler Casino Live, High Stakes Poker, and Poker Night in America, with net winnings of $797,300 across 27 episodes.

Julliard is also the owner of the @ChristineJulliard accounts on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, and Panoply, with an aggregate total following of more than 1.2 million as of December 2034. She was also a brand ambassador for online cardroom HZPoker.com.

From 2020 to 2025, Julliard was a member of the House of Juno, the private harem of billionaire industrialist Julian Kao. She was one of 6 Consorts to be admitted to the harem at the time of its first expansion on 10 November 2020. During her time in the House of Juno, she resided at Palatine Hill, the Kao family's estate in Belle Haven, Connecticut. During this time, her studies at Cornell University were sponsored by Kao's Household Office.

It was during her time in the House of Juno that Julliard first became exposed to the game of poker. As a Consort, she was required to accompany Kao during his frequent high-stakes private games in Belle Haven, and found the experience so "fascinating and intriguing" that she "enthusiastically volunteered to be on duty during [Kao's] poker nights", which often ran until 5 or 6 am the following morning.

"I love poker because I love analyzing human emotions. No matter how logical someone is, they are bound to have an emotional reaction of some sort when faced with the right triggers. I have spent many nights observing some of the wealthiest and most influential men in the world - and I saw them experience excitement, fear, greed, anger, elation and resignation. The game really brings it out of people."

Julliard identifies as a submissive. In 2023, while serving as a consort to Kao, she attended the 10-day Advanced Service Submissive certification course at the Celina Kroes Institute (CKI) in Amsterdam. She has also taken a number of shibari certification courses at CKI, and has shared that her practice of shibari has helped her to improve her mental focus and discipline, which has in turn greatly benefitted her poker career.

in November 2025, Julliard joined the Andromeda Sorority, a women-only secret society whose members are required to swear an oath of fidelity to Kao, its Patron, for life. From January 2030 to January 2032, she served as an executive committee member of the Sorority.

In September 2031, Julliard became an angel investor in various early-stage startups. She described herself as "clueless" about venture investing, and embarked on a global tour, visiting technology conferences and events in Portugal, Malta, Ireland, South Korea, China, Singapore and South Africa to "learn from the ground up". She has described Kao's former Consort Celina Chen, the founder and managing partner of venture capital firm Ascension Capital, as an "inspiration and role model" for aspiring female investors.

In May 2033, Julliard declared that that year's WSOP would be her "last major poker tournament", and announced that she would be retiring from tournament poker to "pursue other interests".
