This person is a former Chief of Staff of the Household Office at Palatine Management LLC, and a member of the Andromeda Society.
Helena Kalla Tonje Blom-Eksell (born 26 February 1990), more commonly known as Helena Blom, is a Swedish entrepreneur, socialite and former model. She founded Salon Persephone, a private members' club in Shanghai offering adult entertainment services, on 18 February 2025, and remains its sole owner. She is also an early investor in several other adult entertainment businesses, including the private video streaming app Seraglio and the escort booking platform ExtraSteamy.
Previously, Blom was a professional model who was signed as a spokesmodel for the luxury fashion labels Salvatore Ferragamo, Christian Dior and Giorgio Armani between 2010 to 2015. She also previously worked as a producer and talent scout for the Catwalk America reality television show from 2018 to 2023.
Blom is known to be a close aide and confidante of billionaire industrialist Julian Kao, the founder of Minerva Holdings. She worked for Kao's single-family office, Palatine Management LLC, as Household Manager between March 2015 to January 2017, and helped lay the foundations for the establishment of his private harem, the House of Juno. Her sister, Marie Blom, is a former Consort of the House of Juno, and is currently a senior executive at Kao's private military company Skyshroud.
"I'd like to think I am the reason why [Salon Persephone's members] trust me. As a woman, I have a unique perspective on what men want - and we offer a lot more than just pretty girls who provide a perfunctory release. We offer a holistic experience of pleasure, intimacy and connection, and that's why our customers are willing to pay top dollar. These are distinguished gentlemen who can easily get women any time they want, and yet they keep coming back to us."

Blom identifies as a submissive. In July 2024, she became an original founding member of the Andromeda Sorority, a women-only secret society whose members are required to swear an oath of lifelong fidelity to Kao, its Patron. Blom served as the Sorority's second president from January 2026 to January 2028, and was responsible for overseeing the establishment of its Asia chapter in Hong Kong during her tenure.
Originally from Sweden, Blom attended university in the United Kingdom, and later lived and worked in the United States for over 10 years. She is a US Legal Permanent Resident, but has chosen not to become a citizen because of the "overly onerous burden" imposed by US international income taxation laws.
During her time working for Julian Kao's family office, she had extensive business dealings with counterparties from China, and "came to gain a deep understanding of the unique cultural sensibilities of the Chinese". She has previously said that "China is a society in which men are allowed to be men, and women are allowed to be women, and yet, there is no talk of misogyny or sexism because everyone simply understands the way things were naturally meant to be". She relocated to Shanghai in February 2024.
