On 7 June, Judge Suleiman Saadi ordered Bonham to pay back the $366,000 that she had received in allowances from the Kao's household office, in addition to $500,000 in tuition and lifestyle expenses, $550,000 in restitutive damages, and $300,000 in costs. As she was unable to pay the judgment sum of $1,716,000, Judge Saadi issued an indenture order, following which she was handed over into the custody of The Kasbah.

In August 2028, following six years of employment at The Kasbah, Bonham was transferred to Sylvana Corporation by way of a special lease of her indenture contract. This was done following an intervention from Kao's household office at the request of Reina Park, who was formerly Bonham's fellow Consort from 2020 to 2022.

With an outstanding debt balance of more than $2,300,000 as of 31 December 2034, Bonham is considered to have little to no chance of discharging herself from indenture, and is currently administratively classified as a Lifer.

Disciplinary Proceedings for Malingering and Insolence (2029)

On 18 May 2029, a Safir customer, Maliki Jaafar, filed a formal complaint against Bonham. In the complaint, he alleged that Bonham had started stroking his cock while attempting to solicit a booking, and caused him to climax prematurely. She then insulted him by failing to capture his cum in her mouth or on her body, and instead spilled his seed all over his own body. Following this, she compounded the insult by suggesting that he might suffer from premature ejaculation.

Immediately after the incident, Bonham pleaded with Jaafar not to file a complaint, and to instead give her a chance to make up for her mistake. However, this caused Jaafar to be even more furious. He berated her for her "shocking arrogance", stating: "What makes you think that I would even want to fuck a stupid incompetent slut like you?"

Following an internal investigation by members of the Safir operations team, it was found that Bonham's actions constituted two direct contraventions of the club's service guarantee - firstly, hostesses are not permitted to make customers cum during solicitation, and secondly, hostesses are required to ensure that they always receive customers' cum with their bodies (i.e. face, mouth, body, ass or pussy), and should never spill their seed. Moreover, Bonham was deemed to have acted in an insolent manner by failing to take responsibility for her mistake and instead insulting Jaafar twice, first by questioning his virility, and secondly by arrogantly presuming that he wanted her to service him. Disciplinary charges were filed against Bonham for two counts of malingering and two counts of insolence. Disciplinary tribunal proceedings were scheduled for the following day, 19 May, with Deputy Curator Lalu Agus Satria presiding in the role of disciplinary officer.

At the tribunal, Satria convicted Bonham on all four charges. In aggregate, he sentenced her to fines of $835,000 and Loss of Privileges for 142 days, and also ordered her to pay restitution of $120,000, plus costs of $40,000.

Following the announcement of her sentence, Satria informed Bonham that he had shown leniency in not awarding her the maximum punishment for her offenses, and warned her that she would be confined in an isolation cell if she repeated any of these violations. He then ordered the attending guards to give her a bukkake facial prior to taking her to her penal cell, and warned her against allowing any of the cum to land outside of her body. He also ordered that, for the first 10 days of her sentence, her first meal of the day was to be replaced with cum.

He said:

"To make sure that you learn the proper respect for a man's cum, you are going to rely on it for nutrition for the next 10 days. You had better lap up every drop of it, like your life depends on it - because it literally will. If you fail to do so, we can extend your diet indefinitely until you learn your lesson."

The cumulative effect of the penalties would extend Bonham's time in indentured custody by an estimated 36 to 42 months.
